Great people, great advice, looked at what was needed to preserve the integrity of the roof, not just the replacement of shingles. Dealt with issues that arose in friendly and professional manner. Love this company and will deal with them again if the need should arise.
We had Great Canadian complete the outside of our home just this June 2024. We ha insulation, siding, Soffit, Facia and Eavestrough done. I am so impressed with products and “Workmanship” that their crew did on our house. The Detail Work, the metal capping of all our window and doors is exceptional. The time line from tear out and installation completion was faster than I had expected. Only 7 days start to Finish. I would recommend Great Canadian to anyone I know, they would not be disappointed. I hired Great Canadian to replace an eavestrough and downspouts as well as install R60 cellulose insulation in my attic spaces. Trevor was the estimator for the eavestrough and downspouts while Nguyen was the insulation estimator. Both visited my house and inspected what needed to be done and provided detailed estimates, however Trevor took quite some time to respond with his estimate. Nguyen offered some great insight into insulating my old century home, specifically.
Pricing was a little cheaper than other quotes I had done for the same work, which was the reason I decided to go with them.
Scheduling the work was a little difficult as they have different crews for the roofing and insulation sides of the business, so you have to talk to different people and schedule it all separately.
The work was done well and promptly and they cleaned up as much as possible after they finished. The insulation install was the messiest, as cellulose is very dusty, and they managed to contain it well, all things considered.

Great Canadian upgraded the insulation in my attic, taking it to R60. It was a pleasure dealing with Nguyen, he showed up on time for the inspection and did a great job explaining the issues he found and the ways to resolve them. He also showed up on time on the installation day, completed the work quickly and cleaned up after he was done.

Great Canadian replaced our siding, soffit, fascia and eaves in December of 2023. Our experience with the company was very positive. Trevor, our estimator, was extremely helpful. Not only did he provide us with an estimate in a very timely manner, his advice was very helpful when we were selecting our siding colour. Communication with Great Canadian was good. All of our questions were answered promptly. Great Canadian kept us informed about projected installation dates and completed the job on time. Dustin and his crew of installers did excellent work. They worked efficiently and the finished product looks great. The installers cleaned the site thoroughly when they were finished. Overall, we are very happy with the work done by Great Canadian!

I would just like to give a shout out to Great Canadian. My parents had their exterior, siding, soffit, etc done this past winter and I am extremely impressed with how it looks. They were polite and professional on-site, competitively priced, and a pleasure overall to deal with. In an increasingly automated world it's nice to see local businesses maintain customer service integrity.

Great experience with Great Canadian. We shopped around for the most high quality siding installer and they were competitive on price. More importantly, the installers were great with a high degree of attention to quality of installation. They shared their experience with recommendations a few times on how things would look in practice and we were glad we took their advice!

August 2022 - Our 66 year old house was in need of a face lift! Great Canadian came out to give us a quote for insulation and siding. Trevor showed up on time, answered all our questions. We decided to go with Great Canadian as they reviewed all of our needs, made recommendations, and were reasonably priced.
Once our siding crew arrived, they were prompt, polite, and worked hard to complete the job. The crew cleaned up nightly before they left. Dustin came out a couple of times to check on the progress and make sure the siding crew had everything they needed.
My husband and I highly recommend Great Canadian Roofing & Siding.

Dustin, John and the team at Great Canadian were an absolute pleasure to work with. They answered my concerns about installation processes, timing and cost adder values with nothing but professionalism and exquisite detail. Their scope of work was vinyl siding, exterior insulation, 'blueskin' the window and floor penetrations as well as some detailed metal work around gas lines, windows, and trim (Windows by others). Their team worked hard, diligently and most importantly cleanly around our property, taking the time to keep the work space tidy, as well as disposing of material appropriately. Their team answered all my questions, and if there was a scope change they were very fair in their pricing and flexible with the timing.
I would highly recommend them for any home renovation project, they really go the extra mile and the quality of the work is next to none.
