I received quotes from multiple companies to have the 18 windows on my 1965 renovation project home replaced. My overall experience with Canglow window and door has been positive. Every step from the initial walk through, installation, and post assessment where I brought up a couple minor concerns to be addressed and resolved. The job required more time than initially quoted which is understandable. The team at Canglow was able to accommodate my schedule. I'm satisfied with the quality and features built into the windows. The contractors who installed them did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier with the final product.
We went with Canglow because they offered the fastest delivery and installation times, 2-4 weeks faster than other companies. We wanted to solve the issue of replacing the windows as soon as possible, because the old ones were leaking and freezing in winter.
We received our windows in 7 weeks after signing the contract. And the installation took only 1 day.
We are very happy with the result! Great job!

We decided to start with replacing the windows on the main floor of our house, and then we plan to order basement windows.
We spent almost 3 months choosing the window company we wanted to go with and decided on Canglow. We liked their approach from the beginning when we called their office to get a cost estimate. Most companies would give us an appointment in 2-3 weeks, conditioning that they were very busy. Canglow's manager came to see us in 3 days, showed us samples of windows and sent us an estimate for our project the same day. Great customer service and professional approach!

I had a pleasant experience with Canglow Windows & Doors Installation team. They were very professional and answered any questions I had regarding the windows and doors. They even kept areas clean as they worked. They were awesome! I would recommend Canglow to anyone whose thinking of getting new windows and doors installed. And I love my new windows and doors! They are beautiful!

This is the second time we have had to deal with window replacement. The first time was 10 years ago in our previous home. But we had a negative experience with the company that sold us the windows. There was a big delay in our order and then we couldn't get service from them. This time we went with Canglow. Right away I want to note that they do not have the lowest price (we took 5 quotes from local companies), but I think they are worth it. They delivered my order and installed it very quickly. I love the way they did the finish! It looks neat and professional. You can tell when a team works for quality! Would recommend!!!

The company has visited my place three times in the past 18 months and have successfully installed 2 large windows, a patio door, 2 doors, and 5 basement windows. The job each time was well done. I appreciated their taking the time to communicate with me (I am Deaf). They used texting, emails, and gesturing to get their information across. They have earned my trust that they can get the job done even to my specifications. They have made recommendations that factors in pricing and I have taken them. Fair deal for good quality windows.

As soon as my windows had arrived in Edmonton, I was contacted to set up an installed date that was only 4 days later. The guys arrived on time and did a great job at installing 1 large size and 6 medium sized windows in about 6 hours, since my house still has good bones. Fortunately, no extra surprises showed up that needed to be fixed first. Great job guys. We are very happy.
