Absolutely blown away! We hired them to complete our home inspection and could not believe how thorough he was. He took his time (3 hours total) and really investigated the structural integrity of the home, and caught many items needing to be replace or repaired (it is a new build, so we are having to deal with the builder). His report was 52 pages in total and included crystal clear drone pictures detailing the roof from different angles. The report was so detailed that upon submission to the builder, the builder has agreed to rectify 99% of the items prior to occupancy. Our inspector was also hilarious and personable. So glad that I went with them.
Used Van’s services twice while house hunting and will be forever grateful for his inspection allowing me to dodge a bullet with a very poorly renovated house that looked great to an untrained eye like mine but had many problems. His reports are extremely thorough would definitely recommend

We are so thankful that we chose Van Downey for our home inspection recently. We witnessed how dedicated and knowledgeable inspector he is. He really looked everything into details and explained us which and what to replace or repair soon. He is very thorough and pay close attention to safety matters around the house. He even fixed simple thing he saw like loose screws on the door even though it is not part of his job. I had the pleasure of working with Van twice. He is very through, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend. I feel confident in my choice to purchase a home due to his inspections.
