My main breaker kept tripping under load, so I could only use about 15 of my usual 100 amps. I called these guys on a Thursday evening, and they made time the next day to make sure I got fixed up before the weekend. In less than 24 hours they got my panel back up and fully running. These guys are fast, and are very attentive to detail.
I had an excellent experience with the professionals at Quality Electric. I appreciated the positive attitude, helpfulness, and consideration shown by Colin. Colin completed multiple tasks in my home in an efficient and prompt manner. Thanks Colin and everyone at Quality Electric!

Quality Electric has some quality people that obviously care not only about their work but about customer satisfaction. A very helpful person named Colin came to change out a mechanical timer switch for our retail business. He was prompt, knowledgeable and took the time to ensure the unit was working properly. I then asked about another issue we had and he got right on it. He found and priced out a unit and then had me set up the service call for that same afternoon. By 2:00pm I had a new light fixture and mechanical timer all in one day. Great work! Will I hire them again, absolutely, and you should too!

It was one of the easiest and most transparent experiences I have had working with a contractor on any home project. I did not have much previous knowledge of installing a Home Transfer Switch to run off a portable generator but Jake and Mitch from Quality Electric were extremely professional, experienced and there to help every step of the way. Both were quick to respond to any questions and provide additional information and guidance from top to bottom regarding the generator specifications, panel requirements and general idea of which items to include on the backup panel circuits. Installation day itself was fairly quick and Mitch was polite, courteous and on-time as well as task! After installation they provided continued support and answered any additional questions as I tested my system running my key circuits on portable generator power off of the city grid. I highly recommend checking in with and ultimately choosing Quality Electric for your stand by or emergency back up power needs for your project as well.

Quality Electric did a great job doing our Process Automation.
Jake and Mitch are very knowledgeable and willing to help wherever they can, the installation went perfect, and everything is really neat.

We have used Quality Electric for all of our business needs for years and will continue for years to come. Quality Electric always comes through when we have a critical piece of equipment down costing us money or when have a large project or renovation that needs to get done within a specific time frame. Craftsmanship is always a priority and in the unlikely event something is not done to perfection, the team at quality has no problem remedying a minor issue very quickly.

I called Jake when we lost rotary generator power at our community league hall. The weather was near -25 so we were in crises. Jake quickly assessed our dire situation and gave us options. We could repair the existing system or replace our entire system with a digital phase converter. The ag of the old system and supply chain issues contributed to the decision to upgrade. The very next day, Brody and Zev did the job, very much to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our experience with Quality Electric.

Quality Electric recently replaced my electrical panel. They provided a detailed quote and permits from the city to do the job from start to finish. Fantastic work, and I won't hesitate to use them again if needed.
