Hired a tow behind man lift. It was a little late in being returned by previous renter. The shop called me in time and saved a trip. Kept in contact. Did everything to make up for the lateness. Had small issue during rental. The guys were on it straight away. Fixed problem. Kept in contact to make sure I was good. Good guys. Good company. Extra effort when I needed it. Will def use again. Thanks boys ??

Rented an item for one month, $27. Received the invoice and returned the item only to be charged for two extra days at $7 a day. I'll be sure not to give them my business any longer. EDIT: They have adjusted the invoice, removing the extra charges, as well as explaining their automatic invoicing system.

These guys are great! Amazing customer service and willing to go above and beyond. I live out of province and needed help facilitating a freight pick up. I couldn’t find any other shop with the equipment to load it but Action Equipment rentals had the gear to take care of it. I highly recommend them!
