The windows seem very good. They are less than a year old, but everything looks good and the vinyl trims look very good. Nothing is wrong with the windows or the installation. My only complaint is that the installers were speaking rudely about our tenants upstairs as they are messy. I didn't really appreciate that as they are great tenants.
We just had our old balcony French doors replaced with a new sliding glass door. I can't thank the guys enough, very professional, courteous and efficient. In and out in about 4 hours and no mess left behind. After looking at lots of different places and getting quotes they were very reasonable (half of what some other places were quoting). Thanks again and would definitely recommend them.

Contacted Canadian Choice Windows through phone number on Facebook and lined up a meeting in Sylvan Lake, Alberta.
Lined up date and met with Kevin area manager , reviewed product line of windows dual pane , triple pane and doors. Selected desired product with quote and Kevin measured up all openings.
Few days later Jason the installation crew chief came by double checked measurements, inspected job areas.
Products came in a timely manner and lined up date for installation.
Jason’s crew came in laid out floor protection, explained job starting with bedroom windows so we can reset those areas first once install complete.
Jason’s crew provided professional install and cleanup as each window completed.
Day one 7 windows installed , Kevin turned up to inspect install and product himself and ensure we were happy with the product. On second day Jason’s crew installed the front window and front door.
Once everything was installed, double checked, and cleanup again completed.
Jason ran through the windows function, screen install/removal and setup for cleaning them.
Reviewed new door security locking system.
Professional installation of a great product, noticed completed in timely manner.
A few days later Kevin came by to ensure happy with whole project and product.
Thankful for the quality workmanship and service from Kevin and Jason’s crew at Sylvan Lake.

Very horrible experienced, some windows came with scratches, broken screen,door doesn’t come with screen even the sales guy said yes it comes with screen when I had my estimate, when installation time the words that came from his mouth wasn’t true, he said if you can find any door screen on the contract let him know, so he only knew that it doesn’t come with screen, I. Wasn’t careful enough when I signed.Time of arrival of instructions was so bad,arrival window was 9 to 11 am, they always came so late, we waisted all mornings waiting, they came 12:30 or 11:30 am. I don’t recommend this company.Harassed us with payment too, installation guy wanted us to pay a door that wasn’t even finished. I will rate this company zero star. Site wants me to rate 1 so that I can post it.door and windows are not the same color. I have to find

Having a horrible experience with the communication within this company. The sales man was fantastic, but the window installation was about 2 months longer than he even guessed. On installation date again the crew was fantastic but the ware house sent the wrong size frame for a window, which also came in with a scratched handle. The repair man came about 4-5 weeks later and was surprised the installation team hadn't left the corner pieces here, as the ware house sent him with the sides for the window trim but not bloody corners. Now I'm waiting again to get this window finished with no discount offered or anything for the lack of communication between different departments not to mention the delays. Frustrating.

Had 4 original windows and a back door replaced, had no problem coming back more than once to go over price and how soon they could install everything. When the day come my husband was home to let them in and was informed of everything that they were doing and what they were seeing once the old windows were replaced, they advised that we may continue to have issues with the back door. So far there hasnt been any issue and they have checked in every 6months now. It was a fantastic experience. Will be calling them back to replace the one remains window and front door

Canadian ChoiceWindows in RedDeer lead by Kevin the Sales Manager did a great job for me and my home
this chilly winter is warm and cozy. As well in the summer nice and kook! The quality and service was great and I’m very happy.
