My husband and I just bought a house and noticed right away there was a leaky pipe; obviously not our favourite start, but we knew we should deal with it right away. Johnny and Adam were able to come out to assess the situation the same day we moved in(!!), determined the culprit, and had the repair done efficiently with kind, calm professionalism. From first phone call to completing the repair was maybe 48 hours. These guys are fantastic, clearly knowledgeable and experienced, and it makes it really easy to want to support St Albert small business with the quality of service they provided. Would call them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for turning a new homeowner crisis around! You guys are awesome

Excellent customer service and expertise!!! Couldn't ask for a better company. Our sump pump was broken. I called Sunday morning and 20 minutes later they were already at my doorstep. Installed the new sump pump immediately and efficiently, no issues at all. Works like a dream. Again, fantastic customer service and I'll definitely go back if we have any issues in regards to plumbing or heating again.

Chambers Plumbing & Heating was a great call! When our sump pump suddenly failed in the middle of a downpour, they were there! Despite the many calls they were receiving, they responded to me via Facebook and were also able to take my call! They were there quickly and were so KIND and polite. A quote was put together on the spot, with NO hidden or outrageous fees, and the work was done immediately (and done well). Such a relief!! Would call them again in a heartbeat, if needed! As an additional note, my husband works in the plumbing and heating industry. He was, of course, out of town when our sump pump emergency happened and was so disappointed that he couldn’t assist with it himself. However, he was SO happy that I was treated so well by this company in his absence. They were informative and helpful, and not condescending in any way (as sadly sometimes happens in these situations). My husband was also impressed with the work and completely satisfied with the cost! He himself said he would be more than delighted to call this company again, even if he’s home!!

Thankful for the no call out fee and Brett was up front about not doing a diagnostic test as the unit was likely past its prime at 14 years old. Great local St. Albert company. Fair prices compared to the larger companies.

We had an outdoor tap that wouldn’t shut off without turning off the main house water. It was past 3pm on a Saturday and Brett came within half an hour. He replaced both outdoor taps and added isolation valves. All work completed in just over an hour. Very excellent work and professional! We highly recommend!

There was a little issue with the pilot light, but they fixed the problem and made sure all was good before they left.
