Our Strata in North Vancouver's Lower Londsdale used Para Space for a very large back planter project. It was removal of all plants/trees/soil from 20' x 150' planter. After remediation they returned to reinstate the planters with new irrigation, soil and plant/shrubs/trees.
They were extremely professional and their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Communication was always excellent and the workers courteous, professional, and well behaved.
We will definitely use Para Space again and highly recommend them!
I had Para Space in to replace the old pavers on my patio with porcelain tile. They helped me choose the perfect tile for the space and were very responsive and knowledgeable. When Adam and Austin completed the work they worked cleanly and efficiently. Can’t thank the para space team enough!

Recently we had bricks removed from our back garden to the front to create a bigger landing space when disembarking from your vehicle. Jessica worked with me throughout the process to meet my budget needs. The job was done beautifully....to view it in person you would think it was always like it is now....and the men who did the job were such professionals, not a trace of dirt was left. I cannot imagine using anyone but Para Space Landscaping for any of my future landscaping jobs. Job Well Done!

Can’t thank Para Space enough for the great work! Bianca, Brandon and Edna did a phenomenal job removing the moss and levelling out our front lawn. They took extra care with their clean up and removed debris from the roof of the shed and even taped off the lawn to keep people from walking on it.

Looks like I’m not the only one to report their bad driving. This person held up traffic this morning in surrey by staying in the LEFT lane for blocks going 10-20 under the speed limit . Please move over when you drive a vehicle that requires needing to go slower. People have work and things to get to. It’s dangerous driving and can cause accidents when people are trying to get around you. They finally moved into the right lane after 30mins of holding up traffic ( that’s when I snapped the photos ) because they wanted to move around some other traffic. Funny. So when people are in your way you’ll move but yet you chose to stay in everyone else’s way and not care. Definitely go over safety rules of the road when driving a truck.

We hired Para Space to install pavers under a 12’ by 14’ gazebo, to (at last!) finish off a project my wife had me start over five years ago. We worked with Campbell to scope the project and benefitted from his experience and suggestions, and he maintained excellent communication with us and was on site several times throughout the project. We were extremely happy with the results, which included not only installing the pavers in a two colour ashlar pattern, but also excavating and grading complex terrain, adding two sections of retaining wall, and finishing touches around the perimeter of the gazebo with river rock and edge treatments. Adam and his crew worked through all kinds of weather and were meticulous in their work and very attentive to our requests, even taking on extra work to fill in gaps in our fence and install two unused pavers in another location in our yard.
Our gazebo looks great and we can’t wait for summer weather. I highly recommend this company and we look forward to working with Para Space again.

Can’t speak on the quality of their landscaping work…but looks like their driving skills could use some work.
Burning down the highway going 120 km/h with a 12ft ladder standing straight up in the box of your truck, missing signs and overpasses by less than a foot is…interesting. Pure ignorance and no regard for other people’s safety is an understatement.

We recently had Para Space (we worked with Cody) come over and help us with the landscaping in our front yard. He listened attentively and was very responsive and knowledgable about what we wanted. The communication always was quick and reliable. We did a huge overhaul and could not be happier with the results! Everyone was so nice and professional and our grass has seriously never looked better!

We recently had Para Space remove an old rotting trellis and put in a new one. They had to trim back our beautiful wisteria and Cody assured us that it would grow back within a couple summers. It has been a couple months and the wisteria is looking healthier than ever and is growing fast. I'm sure he's right and we will see beautiful full coverage over the next summer or two. We did have a couple issues with the beams warping a bit after installation, but they sent a crew right away to take care of fixing and replacing beams as needed. Para Space looks after all of our landscaping and they do a great job. The staff are professional and kind. Cody is a total plant expert and we have been really lucky to have him looking after our landscaping. With his help, we have made changes to some of the landscaping and plants in the last couple years and he always has the perfect suggestion for what we could put in. Thanks Cody and Para Space for looking after us!
