Canuck Roofing replaced an old tar&gravel roof of our apartment building in New Westminster with new sloped insulation, new torchon membrane, drains, vents, fascia siding, etc.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials installed and the work performed.
They took care of all expected and unexpected items in professional, safe and timely manners.
The project was completed on-time and as per the quoted price.
The project manager and on-site manager responded quickly to all of our requests.

Canuck Roofing had me at hello on the first phone call and they are in a class all by themselves !
Scottie and his team went over and above of what is generally expected from contractors .They were friendly ,professional & very detailed! The meet & greet with Scottie before committing to hiring them sealed the deal . It's so rare these days to get invited for a meet & greet . The team that came out to do the repairs did it quickly,efficiently & expertly !
They were also very organized and safety conscious which is obvious the company cares about their workers .
I can't say enough about these guys !
If you need roof repairs call these guys !!

I had a leak and called Canuck Roofing based on the high reviews. The first email informed me that I need to approve the cost for the first hour of the repair using standard materials and usually most leaks are repaired within the hour. If more time is needed the will be a per hour cost. I agreed and the crew came a few days later. After 10 minutes on my roof they put a tarp around my chimney and told me that I need to replace my chimney flashing. The worker told me he doesn't have tools or materials with him and he would have done if he had them. They said they will provide me with a quote for the repair.
The next day I got an invoice for $500 + for the repair. I called to make sure this was not a mistake. They said that it is not a mistake and that the tarp is considered a repair. I paid the invoice even though I think it is ridiculous. Then they send me quote for $1698 + tax for the repair.
Now I don't like giving bad reviews especially to local small businesses but I hope they take this in consideration and don't take advantage of people when in need after a leak.
I ended up going with another company for half the price and they did an incredible job.
Update: After reading the response from the owner. You mentioned on your response that the cost of the tarp/call out fee would be discounted from the final bill. If that was the case I would have gone with your company but when I called in I was told that it was not the case.

Excellent, professional work at a great price!
The staff are helpful and friendly and the workers did a very thorough job. Everything from the estimate, to the work itself, was smooth and unobtrusive. We are very grateful and wholeheartedly support Canuck Roofing!

The team at Canuck Roofing was able to quickly take care of leaking roof issue we had at our restaurant. The on-site technicians and office staff were friendly and informative throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend them.

Scottie and his team did a great job at figuring out what needed to be done to repair our roof after we bought our house. He took a much more thorough look at the issues with our roof than all the other contractors we spoke with, and proposed a better (and ultimately cheaper) solution that fixed all the drainage issues we had. Crew was professional and did a quality job. Would highly recommend.

It has been over a year since we had the flat portion of our roof repaired and after some good rain falls my roof is water tight.I must say that they did an excellent job. You can tell by the quality of the workmanship. Dealing with JP Dodd was very easy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After dealing with a few roofing companies they were the best by far. I would highly recommend Canuck Roofing.
