From the moment we stepped inside Norelco, we were treated with courtesy and professionalism. Adi was incredible and steered 2 seniors through the planning of a new kitchen. We both felt totally comfortable with his design ideas and suggestions. He even managed to get it to a price within our budget. Our last kitchen was made by Norelco 25+ years ago. We highly reccomend them

Adi Nikasoka was our kitchen designer. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the designing of the kitchen. He was very accommodating and provided us with excellent ideas and advice. His attention to detail was outstanding! His work ethic is second to none. We can't say enough positive acclaids about Adi both as a professional and a person! Thank you Adi for designing a beautiful and practical kitchen.

Alex and the team went above and beyond with communication, service, schedule and quality. I had a kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room installed for my house renovation and was very impressed with the whole process. I would recommend Norelco to anyone looking for cabinets and misc wood features.

Ours is a small job --- replacement of a single kitchen cabinet unit with one more suited to our needs. There has, however, been nothing "small" about the customer service we have received from the company. We particularly appreciate being afforded the courtesy of a firm installation date from the outset, something which has not been our experience with other businesses we have engaged to do relatively minor renovations to our home. Norelco's customer service is second to none and we are confident we will be equally satisfied with the quality and execution of the work when the job is done.

We just moved back to the Okanagan and purchased a older condo and had a problem with a lazy Susan door not closing after we had new appliances installed Brought the door in to see if it could be shaved by 1 inch the reception lady was quick to respond to our request and called Durwin to talk to us.Durwin said he would have a inch take off and if we came back the next day to pick it up he said he could not guarantee this would work. We pick it up the next day and were surprised no charge for doing this and it worked Thanks Darwin and receptionist We will be remodeling our kitchen and Norelco will be first on our list. Great service and very responsive Ben and Judy Williams

Norelco created custom cabinets for our garage and we are highly satisfied with the outcome, both in terms of color and design. The installation process was done expertly. In the near future, we will be remodelling our kitchen and Norelco will be our go-to choice for this project as well.

1 month added to original install date only 1 week after contract signed. Certainly on the pricey side- $8500 to do a fairly small and basic suite kitchen cupboards & island. Quality installers and decent quality cabinets. Appliance specs were not followed and cabinet didn't allow fridge to be installed- a 3 week turnaround to get it fixed. We're happy with the end result but there were some bumps in the road. UPDATE: After one year the cupboards below kithcen sink have all split. We have cupboards upstairs installed ten years ago under the sink under the same exposure to moisture- which is minimal and they are still perfect. When spending this kind of money on cabinets, for upgraded paint, it should be brought to the customers attention that moisture will destroy the cabinets. They offered to replace the cabinet doors but at full charge. I definitely wouldn't recommend Norelco's materials, warranty or service. That combined with huge delays and mistakes made during install causing additional delays, it hasn't been a good experience at all.
