I researched many companies to redo my the siding of my house, I got down to 4 , then decided to go with Ideal Siding for several reasons. First , I saw some other homes they completed in my area that looked great and professionally finished. Second, I researched and found they had amazing reviews on several of their websites. Third , the person I worked with (Justin) was sincere and genuine and not "salesy" at all and made sure I understood all work to be done thoroughly. He made on-point recommendations and wasn't pushing at all. The project was completed on time and within the agreed budget. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you Ideal Siding!!!

Update: the Project Manager contacted me to apologize and acknowledge that they could have handled the previous interaction better and offering to take care of our project for us. Their crew showed up the same day and completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction. Would have been a 5 star experience if not for the previous interaction! Called on a Friday afternoon of the long weekend, glad that they could fit us in for a quote on the Monday as we had birds causing damage in an opening in our soffit only for the Project Manager to contact us a few hours before our appointment to say that our job was “too small” for their company. Would’ve been nice to know that when I described the job to the person who booked the appointment! We wasted 3 days waiting for this appointment when we could have been searching for someone else to come help us resolve the issue. Their only suggestion… “find a handyman”.

Justin completed a small siding repair project on my house. A piece of siding up near the top of my house, which I couldn't really access, had been ripped off and damaged in a windstorm. Justin replaced the piece and the work looks good. I received excellent customer service. Thank you Ideal Siding! I would definitely recommend them.
