I recently got my roof redone by Crown Roofing Ltd, and l was extremely pleased with the result. I am happy to say my home is the best looking on the street on account of my new roof. The crew worked tirelessly and they accomplished the result on schedule. They also did an amazing clean up job after the roofing was complete. What Crown Roofing offers over the competition, is an Inspection report done by professionals, lifetime warranty, and competitive pricing. I would recommend them to any of my neighbours, any day!
This is a long term review for Crown Roofing, who replaced the roof on my house in 2014. The house was 21 years old at the time and had cedar shake roofing that was deteriorating. As a GAF Master Elite certified installer, Crown was able to offer a 50 year warranty on Timberline shingle roofing. This is especially meaningful when it's backed up by a company has been around for as long as they have.
The crew was very professional and completed the work in a neat and tidy manner, never getting in the way. The work was completed smoothly, on time and within budget, and was certified by an independent inspector upon completion. After ten years in service, the roof still looks great and is performing well.

Had Crown Roofing give me a price, which was more detailed than another price I had and when compared apples to apples was close. Crown had all the certifications and warranty information I needed to see, could handle the slightly odd details my New West roof had, and could start super quickly.
Job went to schedule and to the quote with zero issues. Communication was also very good with Jason. Couldn't ask for more.

Earlier this Spring Crown roofing redid our carport and large shed roofing. Starting with the initial meeting with Jason to the prompt, extensive and professional quote we could not have been happier. The men working on the job were all pleasant, hard working and great to have around. I am not a roofer but the quality of workmanship was so obvious compared to our previous roof and we were just blown away by the attention to detail. I will use them again when the roof on our house needs replacing and would recommend them without hesitation.

If you are looking for a great roofing company you are on the right page. We just had new gutters installed and from beginning to end it was a very professional job. There were no pressure tactics associated with the quote, the price was right and the work completed ahead of schedule. The install crew of Eric and Leo did a great job and left our property cleaner than the way they found it.

I had an excellent experience working with Crown Roofing, who replaced the roof of my New Westminster house in March 2024. Felt like I was always in good hands as they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Very pleased with the new high quality roof and great workmanship. Jason, Matt and the rest of the team were very professional to deal with and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. They were easy to get in touch with if I had any questions and kept me updated on the progress and followed up after the project was complete. They had helpful suggestions on the different type of products to choose from. I did a ton of research on roofing companies before choosing and so glad I hired them. Highly recommend Crown Roofing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason from Crown Roofing for my roof replacement. Chris, the project manager, and their team did an excellent job.
The pricing Jason offered was fair and their employees were professional and skilled...they completed the work quickly and with care (they cleaned up nicely afterwards). My roof looks fantastic and so does my chimney - which they painted to match the roof.
Overall, I highly recommend Jason and his team at Crown Roofing for their exceptional service, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. Jason was always available via text and responded quickly whenever I had questions. Can't recommend them enough.

Very good and professional installation. Quick in responding to us from free estimate with good explanation to completion of the project.
We had our roof, skylight and gutters all replaced just in the past week with final inspection by a third party company with inspection report and photo.
There was a bit of concerns at the beginning of how smooth the job is going as it is quite a major job involving a lot of work and more importantly it is a lot of money to us, I am now happy that the job is done smoothly and to our expectation, I would say Crown Roofing has done a pretty good and reliable job, their crew on site work very closely together and professionally, also keeping the site clean at the end of each day of work, keep minimum to no interference to our neighbours, site manager Matthew monitors the progress each day and meet with us giving us update, Matthew is also quick responding to each of my email and call of any questions, very responsive and professional.

The communication between I and Matthew Neville is smoothly, a pleasant issue.
I knew The Crown Roofing Ltd was from my daughter. She has a great opinion on this company.
They responded to my emergency fast. They came on the next day, when Matthew received my call.
After replacing the old one, the new roof looks great.
The only suggestion I can offer is: Try not doing it in winter time.
We had to wait for the no rainy days, the whole project lasted, therefore, for over 3 weeks. When you find it is the time to do the replacing, do it. Don't wait until the last moment.
Thanks Matthew and whole the working stuffs, who did the job in a low temperature.
