My experience with Arpella was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Vitek helped me restore my awning back to working order even though the original parts were no longer available. He was able to modify on site with compatible components that were even better in terms of mobility than the original product in place. I would highly recommend Vitek and his wife who take great pride in their quality of service. Vitek also goes out of his way to explain and demonstrate the capabilities of the awning and how to use the controller functions for their best performance. Arpella's service was extremely prompt as well. So nice to have such a positive customer experience!

Hello, I can't say enough how fantastic my experience was this June 2022 with Arpella Fabric Awnings and the owner Vitek ! Vitek is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient with a terrific eye for detail and understanding of outdoor awnings and what is appropriate for your setting. I purchased one new automated awning and installation of replacement fabric to match for my two existing awnings, the fabric Arpella works with is the top of the line Sunbrella fabric. My home is so much cooler as well ! Totally recommend Arpela and the family that owns it !
