Awesome experience with these guys. We had some leaking chimney flashing after a cold snowy snap. They came out to look at it the same day to and gave a reasonable verbal quote. The next morning they came out with 3 guys and very quickly and efficiently replaced and PROPERLY re-did the flashing on both of our very old chimneys. The bill came in slightly (after taxes) under the verbal estimation, which is great. We were listing our house for sale that week so it was a bit of an emergency situation, and they definitely pulled through for us in a pinch!
3 Kings have helped me with four different jobs, ranging in complexity from gutter replacement, leaky roof repair, to replacing an entire porch overhang. The latter was in Chilliwack, replacing a severely cracked fiberglass overhang that was damaged by heavy snow and weathered by time. Stephen and his crew drove all the way to Chilliwack. They replaced all the rotted, wooden frame and fitted a new corrugated fiberglass roof over the porch. There were minor leaks where the overhang touches the roof; they drove all the way back to fix it! Trustworthy, reasonably priced, hardworking guys. Recommend!

This business is entirely professional and do an excellent job. From providing a very competitive price for their services to contract performance. They start on the agreed start date and perform their services on schedule and as agreed. Their installations are flawless. They insist on performing their services to a very high standard. The team is personable and very pleasant. They leave the job site with all debris removed; cleaner than it was originally. I recommend this business without hesitation.

3 Kings Roofing did very poor quality work on our deck (see photos). They came back and said they would fix their sloppy work, and to give them 2 months. This was back in May 2021- it is now August and they have not reached out nor answered our calls. Do not recommend.

From the initial quote stage, right through to the final cleanup stage, I could not be happier with the work (new roof deck and shingles to replace old cedar shake roof) performed by the hard working, professional (and very personable) 3 KINGS crew. I would not hesitate to recommend 3 KINGS, Jeffrey, and his team - for any project, big or small. A first class operation delivering great value.

I decided to use this company to replace my roof, they were not only good at their job, but as we were in conversation, they wanted to come see the roof right away and inspect it. They gave me a good quote and a price to replace including materials they were going to use. They are efficient with their work, claimed they needed under a week, finished In two days. I went on the roof myself after safely and inspected their work. Job well done, will use their services for other renovations. Thanks Kuya.

They also helped me fix the few cracked tiles and a little roof repair with no extra charges. Definitely would recommend them to my friends!

I phoned Stephen d/t leaky skylights. I was surprised of his quick response- assessed the problem with Jeffrey, and changed the skylights the following day. They’re trustworthy, friendly and affordable company. I definitely recommend them to my family, friends and neighbours. Please, try them to know their excellent work! Job well done guys! I live in North Van, Other companies refused to fix our roof as it required extensive carpentry including changing rotted studs and joists. 3 kings took the job and renewed our garage roof and our home roof in less than 2 weeks at a fair price. I was very impressed with their workmanship. They replaced the rotted parts, placed new plywood, did a torch for the garage and new shingles for the house. Very happy with the final result. I highly recommend these two brothers.
