We had a good experience with Absolute. The assessment and supporting photos to document the planned repairs were very thorough and Greg was generous with his time to answer our questions and provide options for different ways to address our roof leak issue.
The job was completed within the anticipated timelines and as per quote and Greg and his team were good to work with throughout. They cleaned the area after completing the job, helped out with some gutter repairs that were outside of scope and were generally a pleasure to work with.
We will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We recently had a great experience in working with Carlos and Marcos from Absolute Roofing in resolving our roofing issues.
We found both Carlos and Marcos to be very professional and courteous, and very considerate of our personal space. They were flexible in working around our constrained schedules (we sometimes worked night shifts), and were very conscientious to keep our patio and the working areas clean at the end of each work day even though they would be returning the next morning.
Most importantly, Carlos was very thorough in trying to understand the root causes of our roofing issues, and they patched up areas that we didn't even know existed. We came away knowing a little bit more about the roofing industry, and were thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and expertise shown by Carlos.
We highly recommend the team of Carlos and Marcos from Absolute Roof.

Thanks Absolute Roof Solutions for replacing my old roof. It was a good experience from start to finish. Ken came out and provided a detail report on my old roof condition and he listed out all his recommendation as options. Owner can then select or ignore the recommended options. The roof replacement started within a couple of weeks after I decided to go with Absolute Roof Solutions. The roof was replaced in just 2 days. Absolute Roof Solutions came back to inspect the completed job and they found a couple of minor issues and the workers had to come back and made the necessary adjustments. All in all, I was happy with the whole process with Absolute Roof Solutions!

Ondrej and his crew did a great job replacing 4 skylights and made various repairs on my roof. They were able to schedule me in based on the predicted weather and came on time on the days that they planned to and finished up according to schedule. They sent me before and after photos of all the work that they did. Highly recommended.

I had a very satisfying experience with Absolute. The repair tech looked after two significant chimney/roof interface issues, on two separate properties for me. I initially thought the quote was a little pricey, but when I saw how they actually repaired it, it looked like a bargain. Essentially tore down and rebuilt one chimney, and removed all damage and repaired the second. They both look like new again, and my tech, Carlos, was super easy, polite, and friendly. He communicated constantly and always kept me in the loop. I don't have a lot of experience with roofers, but I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism demonstrated here.

Everyone at at Absolute was great to deal with. Chris and Daniel were responsive to my questions and concerns.
But the star of the day was Carlos. He completed the repair work on our roof (hole from a fallen tree and water ingress around our skylights) expertly. His attention to detail and determination to find the best solution for a challenging issue was greatly appreciated. He fully documented his work clearly showing the end result of his labour. He also managed to extend the life of our roof. When the time comes to complete a full replacement, Absolute Roof will be our first call.

Though I was only employed by Absolute for a short time, I can attest to the quality of service customers get from Absolute. I was an apprentice assigned to David, one of the repair techs. David has over two decades of roofing experience, and is the most knowledgeable roofer I have met. More importantly, I have witnessed the level of attention David gives to each and every client he gets. From getting a quote out as quickly as possible, to ensuring the repair fixed the problem, David cares about the experience the client gets. For anyone who needs work on their roof done, I highly recommend Absolute Roof Solutions. As for anyone in the industry... I highly recommend seeking employment from Absolute Roof Solutions if you care about the quality of work you produce. If you put out good work, you will be recognized for it and advance very quickly.

Should also be known as: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC COMPANY! Carlos did an amazing job fixing our skylight. He put extra care and quality into everything he did. If we have any other roofing or skylight issues, I will 100% call Absolutely Roofing. On a side note, their Customer Service/call center people were wonderful with the scheduling of my small but important to us job.

We recently got our roof done by Absolute Roofing and we are very impressed with the work that they have done. The quote that they gave us was reasonable and they were able to communicate with me throughout the whole time from the estimated contract to picking the colour of the shingles and all the little details and terminology explanations that I did not know were explained to me thoroughly before signing.
The team and the project manager who was assigned to the project were very efficient and communicated with me throughout the project. The project manager will connect with me via text and call to let me know what to expect and the team that arrives each morning on site will let me know that they are here and ready to start the project. One of the things that I liked about the crew that came was that they were able to let me know each day after they were done what they did and what I expected them to do the next day. This is one of the things that I like the most.
Toward the end of the project, some little things came up and Jacob and his team fixed them all.
I want to thank Jacob and his team for doing an amazing job, and Daniel, our project manager, for keeping me in the loop on all the little details that happened in the project. Ken for being patient and giving my family and me a detailed explanation of the contract and his recommendation on the colour of the shingles. If anyone is looking to replace your roof give Absolute Roofing a call as I highly recommend them.
