For years, I have received excellent service at Ensuite. Staff are VERY knowledgeable indeed, about their products. You can learn a great deal from them - infinitely more than any Big Box store I have ever been to.
I recently needed to purchase a non-standard toilet. I received detailed, and excellent advice, and it was available immediately - and at a price that I could not complain about. (thank you, Brie :)
I have been to many bathroom and kitchen stores in Victoria, and without doubt, Ensuite beats them all, hands down.
Who would have thought that a new toilet from Ensuite could make me so happy?

went into showroom to order a tap. Wasn't even acknowledged for 20 mins by staff. Left and called the store only to learn they don't stock the majority of items in their showroom. You're better off ordering yourself online.

WOW!! Some seriously awesome service with Taryn at the Ensuite! We loved our experience, and our new faucets, master bathroom vanity & toilet are perfection. Taryn's design knowledge & expertise is beyond what we could have hoped for! She listened to our needs and design taste, helped us bring it to life!

Great store. Staff are very helpful. One of their staff even directed me to a competitor when they could not supply what I was after.

Great customer service! We have been working with The Ensuite/Emco for more than 15 years and they have always been there to resolve any issues we had and help us with our projects. I highly recommend them!!!

Had an issue with a faucet fail I'd purchased there and Tom was really helpful connecting me with the manufacturer, who was also helpful, shipping a new piece under warantee. Great service!
