Our pool pump blew on a Friday afternoon of the long weekend. In a total panic that we wouldn't get to enjoy the pool for the long weekend we called Justin. He was over to assess the problem within a couple hours and arranged to have a new hayward pump installed the following morning and we were back up and running before lunch. Great service and great staff!
Our experience with CCS has been fantastic! Justin and Jodi provide old school customer service while bringing vast experience and thorough knowledge into your pool building experience. They have provided us with a backyard that is the envy of the neighborhood. I highly recommend CCS for all your pool and landscape projects.

I first hired CCS to install a 900 sq foot interlock patio and some walk ways around my home. They were very attentive to my request including some pretty small details and completed the job in a timely manner. Some years later I had a flood at another property I own "rental property" which seemed to me was due to a spring thaw and property grade issue. Since CCS had taken grading into serious consideration when designing my first patio I gave them a call with my problem hoping for advise. I reached Justin, him and his team were over the same day to see what was wrong, they literally said "this is an emergency and we will be right over". CCS had a solution planned and priced within an hour and were there the next day solving the problem with some grading and a small interlocking patio to help mitigate winter runoff. Wow! It's been a few years since job number two and zero issues. These guys are more known for pools but their wealth of knowledge and skills around landscaping can literally save your butt like they did mine! 5 STARS, highly reccomend.

We hired CCS last year to do our pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The team was fantastic and their work is by far the best we have ever seen! It’s our favourite part of our home all thanks to CCS!

In 2020, we decided to get a pool. We knew demand was high and likely we would need to book for 2021 instead. We knew we wanted a fiberglass pool, we found a good manufacturer (Leisure Pools) and found CCS as the local carrier. Immediately we were impressed by Jodi. She helped get us on the schedule for spring 2021.
Despite being booked for next year Jodi and Kevin worked closely with us to create a plan. The contract was straight forward, billing was easy and we committed to a plan CCS helped us create.
In October 2020, we received an amazing surprise! CCS had managed to get our pool delivered and would be able to install our pool ahead of schedule. In November, we had a blast of warm 20 degree weather and we were swimming our new pool! Justin and his team went above and beyond to make this happen for us.
CCS came back as soon as spring hit and we now have a finished yard (less grass and plantings) that we love!
The expertise, warm communication and commitment to meet our desires and timelines was beyond expectation. I know there is a lot of demand and a lot of new pool companies in the area. I would recommend CCS to anyone considering a pool. The CCS team delivered everything we wanted and more. The yard is beautiful and we have full confidence in the quality with the wealth of experience and expertise CCS brings.

Justin and his team delivered a great backyard to us. The team was friendly , knowledgeable and very approachable if there were changes we wanted. He really took all the stress out of a large project . The team dealt with permits , the pool , lighting , patio and coordination of all the sub trades. I would recommend you meet with CCS Pools if you are looking at transforming your backyard .

CCS shows up with experience, knowledge and vision. They over deliver on quality, workmanship and attention to detail. This contractor has integrity and their reputation and credibility is protected by their professional conduct and the ability to get the job done right! Whether you are looking for a new pool install, hardscape, gardens, lighting or just a small reno or repair, they will get it done! They exceed our expectations!
We hired them for an initial design in the winter of 2017, Justin came out for a site visit and was full of fantastic visions that would help meet both our budget and our needs. He explained there initial design fees and how proceeding to the construction stage after with his time works. We loved the initial design! My wife was ecstatic! We did speak with some other providers but felt CCS Pool and Landscape best understood our needs. We signed an installation contract in early June and understood the timeline for construction wouldn't be till the fall. We were especially thrilled when his office checked in with an update during the wait, it made us feel as thou we weren't just another hole they had to dig. When they arrived and started construction my wife was a little un easy of the mess (it rained the first few days they were there) but they made a consistent effort to keep the mess contained, they had the pool shell installed in a few days and soon after started the patio and walls. It is beautiful its beyond what we had envisioned! I would highly recommend CCS Pool and Landscape to any family member or friend! There staff were pleasant, there design consult was pressure free and most of all there workmanship is beautiful.
