I called about a squeaky garage door, the door was too new to be making that much noise. They were there the next morning and stayed three hours and sent me pictures of what was actually wrong with it. The door was incorrectly installed with damaged parts. Garage door works beautifully now.

I highly recommend this business. I called about a garage door that wasn't working, they had someone out to diagnose the problem same day, called me right after and told me what was wrong, how much it would cost and offered to fix it the next day, which they did. They were polite, knowledgeable, service-oriented, quick to respond and they did everything they said they were going to do! Thank you for getting us up and running again in such a professional & effective manner!

I called about a broken spring on my garage door at 8am they had a temporary fix done at 9am.They came back 2 days later and replaced the spring.I never lost the use of the door during business hours. This is the best service anyone could ask for.I have never used this company before but will differently use them again. Thanks Colonial Small Engine Repair

Wow! Just wow! Our garage door spring broke on Monday night. We called The Garage Door Company of Southeastern Ontario at 9:30 Tuesday morning, and a technician was here just after 10 a.m., and it's a 25 minute drive! The tech diagnosed the problem, went to the shop, got a new spring, installed it, tweaked the door, lubricated the mechanisms, and by noon it was perfectly repaired, all for a very reasonable fee. The tech was friendly and explained everything he had to do and had done. Highly recommended!
