I had very professional dealings with Watson's in Belleville and would definitely hire them again. I hired them some time ago to perform a Sketch drawing for me so I could determine the building envelope for a vacant lot. They were very professional (thanks Randy Tuck!). Then recently I had a number of additional questions about the Sketch and other services Watson's could perform. I dealt with Dylan in the Belleville office and he was superb, very friendly, so professional and very knowledgeable with what needed to be done. I learned a lot from Dylan about the process and requirements, so helpful, thank you Dylan! I would definitely use Watson's again.

Keith and the whole team at Watson Land Surveyors are excellent, highly recommend them! They're speedy to respond to any questions, prompt in getting the job done, they take the time to explain things and are always friendly. Great experience overall working with them for a topography survey on my residential property.

I highly recommend this company - they have been professional and courteous throughout all interactions. I am very appreciative of all of their work and attention to detail. Very responsive in returning to clarify things.

Found a newer local company stating they can accomplish the same thing 12 weeks sooner and $1500 cheaper. Time to get with the times! Requested a boundary survey. Read good reviews. Turns out the company doesn’t want small business surveys. Just large construction surveys and prefers to put you off to other companies. They are not willing to give quotes or even attempt to help customers they just make excuses. Saying other companies can help sooner. There are wait lists across the board. They don’t have good customer service. They delay in responding. I had to email multiple times expressing my boundary need and took them weeks to tell me to go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend them. They waste time. They aren’t interested in helping. Don’t waste your time.
Update. The owner has the audacity to call me because I emailed my dissatisfaction and stated I would be writing this review. Then he wanted to offer recommendations for other companies. You weren’t willing to help in the first place and now I state I’m going to write the review and now he wants to offer services. Definitely would NOT recommend. WATSON IS ONLY INTERESTED IN THE BIG DOLLAR SURVEYS.

Amazing company that has a heart and helped me out with a survey to rebuild my house following a fire. No other company cared about my situation except Watson Land Surveyors who has made it possible to start a rebuild this spring. I am so appreciative of you guys

Understaffed. No communication. Like pulling teeth trying to get information. Used to be a great company not so much anymore.
