Ryan, was one of the most professional service men I have ever had come into my home. He was very pleasant, considerate and most helpful. He informed me of everything he was doing and taught me a great deal about my furnace and air conditioning units. I was ready to leave Reliance but given the service, care and commitment to the customer, provided by Ryan I am staying on. Ryan is in a class all of his own, if only more people had such knowledge and customer service in today's world.

The total experience from the time the Sales Rep (Thomas Smith) arrived to the time the installation of the A/C, furnace and water softener equipment by Mo and his team was exceptional. Tom was very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, which allowed us to come to a speedy decision to replace the aging equipment. Tom was able to quickly schedule the installations for the next day. The installations were successfully completed on time and with high quality. Mo and his team are very knowledgeable and kept us informed of their arrival time, walked through the operations of the equipment and ensured our home was left clean after the installations. I would highly recommend them.

The serviceman was extremely polite, efficient and left no cleanup for us to take care of. He called ahead to confirm arrival time and was at our door when he said he would be.He actually was able to come early due to a cancellation. He did call to make sure we were available earlierntham scheduled. Very seamless! He had an awesome personality, answered all our questions and discussed our repair options in a clear concise manner which made it easy for us to make our choices. This man is certainly an asset to the Reliance home company!! We are very happy customers!

Had a problem as my hot water heater was leaking on May7th. Called Reliance and they set up a time frame for their repairman to show up. It actually didn't take too long. A nice polite young man was at the door. We went down stairs to check the water heater. He did some diagnostics and found an error. That wasn't the problem though and said we need a new one as the old one was 11 years old. He called about a replacement one but the only one was in Burlington. Before he left he was on the phone and said someone was coming with the replacement. As his shift was over he politely said his goodbyes. 2 gentlemen showed up shortly after and we're ready to check out the layout and to shut the water off. They were very nice and polite whenever we asked questions. They were done in about an hour which was a surprise. They represented themselves very well and did a crackerjack job. They deserved to get a 10/10 for a job well done.

Came within the agreed time. Phoned first when a couple of blocks away. Explained every step of procedure making sure I understood everything.covered my floor and stairs to ensure no damage. Cleaned up when finished. Walked me through my new hot water tank features and what to do in emergencies. Showed me the service number on the side of the tank and encouraged me to call with any questions Gave me many opportunities to ask questions.gave me peace of mind. Polite. Friendly. Professional. Was also nice to my cat. Very pleased with the service person. THANKYOU. Also: when I called to schedule inspection and repair, the first person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I appreciate her taking care to get me a quick appointment because there was water all over my floor. Not sure how this could have gone any better than it did overall.

Excellent service from Reliance. The faulty gas valve caused gas leakage at my house. Due to the shortage of the spare part, I had to survive overnight with heater being shut down. Fortunately, Mike from Reliance managed to get me two electrical heaters and was able to replace the faulty valve early next day. Mike is a very experienced technician. After the problem is fixed, he keeps detecting carefully if still leakage in all possible places by both soap and special device. He also suggested me do routine PM to avoid big repair. I feel so grateful by his expertise, professionalism, caring, high sense of responsibility. Thank you Mike and thank you Reliance!
