It’s been a few years since Dream Pools installed our “little piece of heaven” and this positive review has been way over due.
Sheldon and his Team were extremely helpful during the initial stages of design, as well as during excavation and installation. His attentiveness and attention to detail carried through to completion.
Although access was quite complicated, the Dream Team
provided repair to very minimal damage to my neighbour’s grass.
(I’d also like to thank my neighbor for allowing us access through his property).
During construction, and at the end of each day, Sterling’s Team cleaned up the site beyond expectations and you’d never know (from the front of our house) that there was a pool construction site in the back yard.
I’d also like to thank Roger (Dutra Landscaping) and his Team for the work they provided on the shear decent wall, fencing and patio. The same professional courtesy and workmanship was provided at every turn and to completion.
In short; thank you Sterling, we love our little oasis that we can enjoy any time we want. Now, if you could only provide sunny skies every day of the week…..?
P.S.
We’d also like to thank Sterling and Dream Pools for the repair and replacement of our shear decent. Although the item had failed outside of the manufacturer’s warranty, Sterling took on the replacement at no charge. Thanks again Sterling, it was very much appreciated.
Sterling and his team were a literal DREAM to work with, pun intended but also very serious! Never worked with anyone in construction before that was as fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair as these guys. Can’t recommend them enough - there’s no reason to bother vetting any other company (even though we did, and these guys were clearly superior). Excited to already be enjoying our pool this quickly!

Sterling, Thomas, and all of the crew that worked on our pool were 10/10. Would highly recommend Dream Pools - excellent service from start to finish. They don’t disappear after the sale, they are helpful and knowledgeable, return calls and texts, and deliver an exceptional product and service.

My wife and I spent a lot of time interviewing companies as we debated the buildout of our yard to include a pool. Sterling and his team brought deep expertise and a lot of patience to coach us on best ways to maximize our space. The partners Dream introduced along the way were all high quality and a testament to the high standard Dream holds their people and their projects to. Dream operates a clean site throughout the build and now that the pool is fully installed we can see the quality very clearly and are living with the simplicity and automation of the system Dream recommended. Installing a pool is a sizeable investment, I would highly recommend calling these guys if you're thinking about installing a pool and expect a high quality finish.

Beauty, Quality, and Excellent Experience.
Dream Pools team has just completed the build of a beautiful pool in my house. My experience working with them was fantastic! Sterling and his team were great to deal with, very professional, respectful and they were fast in finishing the project. The pool looks gorgeous and I’m very happy with the whole project. I would highly recommend Dream Pools to anyone looking for a high-quality pool.

The Dream Pool team led by Sterling, Thomas and Brett were tasked with renovating our 40 year old backyard pool which included the addition of steps, new plumbing, liner, lighting and coping. The whole team is knowledgeable, professional and communicative. They enjoy their work and are very efficient. The end result is beautiful and enjoyable. We have a much better understanding with regard to pool maintenance due to Sterling's continued guidance and advice. We highly recommend Dream Pools.

Dream Pools is the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Sterling, Brett and Thomas did an amazing job from the first consultation to the completion of the project and beyond.
No detail was overlooked, Sterling is very detailed and explained everything to us as we had many questions.
They listened to our needs and what we wanted - they provided their expertise to make our backyard an oasis.
Sterling’s communication is top notch – we had so many questions and he was always available to answer them. Even after our pool was completed he always returned our calls and was very helpful. We are so happy and thrilled with the outcome of our backyard and our pool.
