We highly recommend Tops. Tops originally did our roof back in 2016 and everything was great from installation to clean-up. Recently we had a leak. Brian came to inspect and found that two air vents were damaged. We are in a townhome and can only conclude that our neighbour’s roofing contractor is responsible for the damages through careless handling of materials. This conclusion is further supported by the sloppy clean-up as we were picking up roofing nails for months on our shared driveway. We do not know the company name and the neighbour has since moved. Regardless, Brian sealed the leaks and will be back shortly to install new vents. Brian you are TOPS in our book. Rod & Johanna

Brian and his team did an awesome job on our roof and eaves troughs. Not only did Brian tell us we didn't need to waste our money on the extras, his quote was the best! Delivering on time as scheduled and inspecting the job afterwards was appreciated too.

We recently had our shingles and eavestroughs replaced. We shopped around and received 5 quotes. When we first met Brian we knew we were talking with someone who has been in the business for a long time. Very knowledgable and straight forward. We knew we would go ahead with Tops before all the quotes were received. The end product is beautiful. Our 35 year old home looks brand new again. Thank you Brian and Tops. Highly recommended

Bryan and team at TOPS Roofing is THE BEST. We were first introduced to Tops Roofing in 2008 when he did our roof. He has provided outstanding customer service to us since then. We have used Tops for projects that we have done over the years and highly recommend him.

Brian is very knowledgeable and a genuinely caring person.
We’ve recently moved to a new house and had concerns with our flat roof when we found signs of water damage. Got in touch with Top’s and they promptly responded and booked us an appointment very accommodating to our schedule.
When Brian showed up, he took the time to carefully examine the roof and siding and everything surrounding it and determined that even though the roof two decades old, it hasn’t been the root cause of leak.
He was also very sympathetic to our situation as recent home buyers and seeing that I’ve been pretty handy with some DIY projects at the house, he kindly gave me a few tips on improvement for the upkeep of current roofing and water proofing the siding and where I can purchase them.
Based on my experience, if they recommend some repairs, you can be sure they have the best outcome for your place in mind.
Any roof related issues in future, Top’s will be the first number I will call.

If you need a new roof or roof repair and want it done right, you know who to call. Tops Roofing Company in Burlington. The company has been in business for 36 years. From my experience having Brian work for me on a project 11 years ago, and again today to replace some shingles blown off by extremely high winds. I can honestly say this company has provided the same professional, skilled, friendly, and exemplary customer service that they did 11 years ago. I highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs, and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future if needed.
