Three years after installing our retractible awning, it wouldn't work, but Chris of McHugh's Awnings knew what to do. On the telephone, he told me to go to the fuse box and make sure the switch for outdoor outlets was on and not tripped. It worked! And then he wanted me to phone back to report whether that worked or not. Modern electric circuits are fitted with a circuit breaker fuse system; if a fault develops, a switch is tripped and the circuit is broken. Older ones have fuse holders and when a fuse is blown it must be replaced or rewired. I am grateful for the quick response and knowledge of McHugh's Awnings.

Chris was fantastic from the very beginning of me reaching out for a quote to getting the job done. Not only was he super understanding when I couldn’t hire him right away to do the job but the second I messaged him saying I was ready he was on it! He knew how badly I needed to get the sign that was up at the time down as it was compromising sales for my business and went above and beyond my expectations getting it down the same day I told him I was ready and having my new one up a week later! (Which was two weeks faster than expected) Thank you so much Chris!

Chris (and Terry) repaired the roof mount of my awning that was misaligned when the roofers did not replace it properly. He also was able to save me the cost of replacing the fabric on my awning by re-rolling the fabric. He was professional and paid close attention to detail. I would highly recommend McHugh's Awnings!!
