I am not sure what this company is thinking , the quote I was given to demolish a house was way higher than anyone else , and I being the person that I am I got 5 quotes to do the job , I even went as far as getting a quote to rent a machine and put three people to work for a full week and it was 65% less than these guys .

Watching the job performed in Espanola with the A.B. Ellis demolition and preservation, nothing but rhe utmost respect in their performance. The caring and understanding to preserve delicate materials on the property for safekeeping, their performance and organized jobsite is portrayed with definite experience. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Budget Demolition, or BD Salvage as they are more commonly known in the community has become notorious for the demolition-for-profit of our cities historical architecture under the guise of preservation. Recent events have made it abundantly clear that the owner of this business has one goal. Capital gain. A person who was truly interested in historical preservation would not actively seek to demolish said history.
