I’ve contacted a few different Centura locations outside my town and Christine at Centura Hamilton was super helpful! I only interacted by email but she answered all my questions before I could even ask them. Her emails were super friendly. And when I went to the location to pick up samples, the staff there was also super helpful! Overall great experience!

Worst front desk service by Mark Replying to you The only words I have heard from Mark was unfortunately I can’t unfortunately I don’t know how to calculate area to cover Unfortunately this unfortunately that! It’s not my first time I have been taking orders under the contractors account for more than 2 years and every time I come in unfortunately Mark needs to bother her him for authorization! Regardless of him sending me back and forth to get paperwork done and the rudeness of leaving the desk to bathroom or whatever he went to do without excusing himself leaving a customer lost in the website to figure out how much area to cover and how many boxes to order! Of course it ended i ordered more than I needed and had to pay 20% for return! Note that I didn’t get the contractor discount at all Please go back to Order number 5312190 showing I have paid in full price And I asked politely if he could do something about it He said UNFORTUNATELY NOOOO So YES I have received the worst service from Mark and contractor is so upset with that!

Edit to respond: Saying “Hi” and letting us know there are no sales available that day would’ve been appreciated instead of watching us walk around. We’ve purchased elsewhere. Horrible customer service. No acknowledgment that we were in there. Left instead of making a purchase after walking the entire store without the two girls at their desk even looking at us. There were no other customers in the store.

We had a top notch experience purchasing 12x24 porcelain tile for our kitchen, hallways and bathroom. Although we visited the showroom on the morning of Christmas Eve, the employees were nothing but happy to assist us, even going above and beyond to ensure we left with what we needed. The two showroom employees spent an hour helping us pick several tile options that were in stock and met our requirements for size, material, and colours. They laid all the options out on a table and gathered all of the info we needed to make a decision including prices, square footage in stock, and locations. They even pulled out samples of other tiles that were similar to our cabinet colour to help make the choice easier by seeing what matched. Despite supply chain issues everywhere, we were able to leave the showroom that day with the exact amount of tile we needed, plus installation materials the same day we went in! It has since been installed and we absolutely love it. There was only one broken box which Centura exchanged for us without an issue - pretty good considering how many boxes we bought. We will definitely be visiting again for future tile needs!
