City Electric Supply Hamilton has been a trusted supplier to our company for over 10 years. Since becoming Branch Manager, John seems to have created a positive working atmosphere and assembled a great team. The team members are knowledgeable and helpful, and if you’re lucky, there’ll be a bowl full of candy and a small box of inspirational quotes.

Their inside salespeople need a lesson in professionalism.
One of them reached out to me on Facebook to tell me I "can't come in like I do" because the Operations Manager's girlfriend has issues with it.
This isn't high school. Don't message customers on their personal social media accounts.

City electric Hamilton has an amazing group of employees providing a high quality customer service experience. They are very polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The staff is very helpful, for that reason I have been shopping there for years and will continue to do so for many years to come.

City Electric Supply is an excellent wholesaler that believes in the customer and take the customer satisfaction to a whole new level.
I am a regular customer that every time I walk In the door I am greeted with a smile and treated with respect .
The entire staff is awesome, if they do not have the product in stock they go out of their way to bring it in for you.
As well as they will offer suggestions for material or product that they do not have that is a direct replacement.
It is a nice to have a Wholesaler that you can trust and willing to work for you and do what is necessary to make sure your jobs keep moving forward.
