Jay (Jason F) & his crew (Arturo, Kent, Darren & others) who worked on our backyard were exceptional. They were very attentive to our wants and preferences. Communications between us and all levels of Gelderman Landscape Services was straightforward & easy (from Harry G.'s design to Jay's work crews, 3rd party subcontractors, through to Dave and Tristan). Everyone showed great work ethic and attention to detail. They were on time and our neighbours complimented how they cleaned up all work areas at the end of each day. The updates to our backyard include new fences on 2 sides, new back deck & side deck, new patio, new tree plantings, leveled the grade and put in a retaining wall at the back of the property, 2 new garden beds and precast concrete block border along existing side garden, Excellent work. Thank you very much for our new backyard Gelderman Landscape Services!!!
The Gelderman landscapers who transformed our garden today did an amazing job. We cannot believe the outstanding work and exceptional service we received today from Seth, Christian, and Jason. We appreciate all the extra effort that was put in to make our garden look so beautiful! I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping work, they were absolutely amazing from start to finish!

What kind of landscape company is this. Beyond lazy and don’t do their jobs. Over here at Oat Lane in Kitchener they come for 10 minutes look at the weeds that are taller than the trees and then leave. The property looks the same for the past month that they’ve been “showing up” . This is the end of June at the rate they’re going they’ll be finished the gardens just in time for fall/winter. Horrible

Today was a great day!! Kay and Tristan made our shaggy trees and gardens, beautiful!! You can actually see the house now! We were impressed by how knowledgeable they were about the plants and trees. Tristan and Kay worked very quickly and tirelessly. They work great together. I am so happy to be able to look at my front yard and feel happy! Thank you Gelderman!

Our Gelderman team was Owen ( sales) and Colby, Mike and Ethan ( the landscape magicians on site). The landscape team provided a French drain install, full grading with additional dirt added and sod. Our backyard went from a horrible eyesore with awful drainage problems and massive gaps between old “grass” and bottom of fence (where skunks routinely got in) to the beginnings of a wonderful backyard paradise that we are looking forward to expanding upon! We are very, very happy with the end result! If anyone needs to get out and “touch some grass” we will recommend our back yard! The experience with Gelderman was really great from start to finish and fast! All the team members were wonderful to work with. They were easy to talk to on site and provided knowledgable advice that we trust. We will definitely be utilizing their expertise for our next projects in the coming years!

By the end of April our garden was out of control and getting us down. Gelderman to the rescue! Phil and Milena were quick to respond when we reached out for a quote and within a week we had Tristan and Kay attacking our messy, weedy, overgrown garden beds. What a difference they’ve already made! Our garden has never looked better, and I really love spending time outside in the garden now without it feeling like there’s a heavy to do list in front of me. The Gelderman team is a pleasure to deal with.

This is our second project with Gelderman Landscape services. Our project involved the demolition and restructuring our front entrance way. Jon, Rene and Darren were on hand each day to complete the job and available to answer any questions we might have. Clean up was done at the end of each day which was appreciated as we did not want to negatively impact our neighbours. What I appreciated most about these gentlemen was their ability to work as a team with great communication and what appeared to be genuine friendships. Well done guys.

We engaged Gelderman to update our front and back yards after extensive renovations to our home. Chris designed a beautiful landscape that Phil and his team built for us. Everyone was great to work with and always left the property clean at the end of the day. Gelderman brought in others that refurbished our pool, did masonry, carpentry, irrigation, fencing and lighting Everyone was so easy to deal with and helped us achieve our dream yard. We are extremely happy with the end result.

It's been a little over 5yrs since the team at Gelderman concluded construction on our dream backyard. We still love it every bit as much as the day it was completed. Jason Felker was an amazing Site Supervisor and kept the project running smoothly and efficiently throughout. Furthermore, when the project was completed, Chris Mace and Gelderman stood by their warranty on any items that needed attention.
Truly a 5-Star contractor and experience. Highly recommended.
