From start (lack of communication, financing mistakes, breaking a window, contractors fighting (punching) project managers) and showing up on incorrect dates) to finish (billing errors they tried to gaslight us through, having to have an additional company come to fix the caulking, trimming in railings they were supposed to remove, breaking house numbers, and we've had to have them come out multiple times to fix the siding coming apart in different areas on the house. ) I am still trying to dig out and clean all of the nails, screws and pieces of broken siding from garden beds so my kid and her friends don't get hurt.
There hasn't been a point where their customer service could make up for our experience. They ended up costing us 40% more than their inital quote after their errors in financing. Leaving us to have a half ripped apart house and being told we had to secure financing for an additional 20000 before they continued work or they would send their contractors elsewhere.
All reviews we were given must have been for the old owners, because there is no way that this many people are happy with the lack of quality and outrageous pricing.
Edited to add that they quoted us $12000 to replace our front door. We did not add that service on. ?
Highly recommend Gerry's and their team. New board and batten siding, windows and insulation have transformed my house. From my first contact Cal in the office, Dave who did the initial assessment and recommendations, Will my Project Mgr there were regular updates on progress and scheduling. Amanda joined the team and became my point of contact for any questions. Kudos to Cody and Mike for their quality workmanship and efforts in completing the job despite the weather challenges.
So pleased and grateful to everyone for their attention to detail, communication and follow-up. It was much appreciated. Thanks again!

I had my roof shingled by Gerry's Roofing and couldn't be happier with the result. The entire team was excellent and were very professional. Brandon did an excellent job of explaining the different grades of shingles and helped pick out the best colour for our home. Greg gave us a full job overview and followed up with us before, during and after the install. The roofers, Clayton, Anthony, Kenny and James were all very professional and friendly. They showed up when promised and did an amazing job. When they left, my property was spotless. I would highly recommend Gerry's to anyone in the market for a new roof.

Gerry's roofing and siding did such a great job with the installation of our new windows and siding! I am so impressed with the quality of work from Alan's team (Alan, Fred, Ben, Darrin and Aaron). They were very good at cleaning up after themselves too and just generally very friendly and helpful. We will think of Gerry's first next time we need any work done on the house. Dave also was a joy to deal with when discussing the quote and general work to be done on the house.
***UPDATE- Norm Spearing stopped by to help secure a loose cable to our house after our siding was installed. He did a great job and was super friendly and quick!
Had a great experience dealing with Will, our project manager as well. All around, Gerry's has great people.

My experience with Gerry's Roofing & Siding was phenomenal from start to finish. I had an animal try to get into my roof and needed to get 2 patches done.
When I initially called I spoke with Sarah, and she was awesome at giving me information on my current roof, and some options going forward. I was told I could put my credit card on file and that I didn't need to be home when the patches were being completed. This was convenient so I didn't have to take any time off of work.
When I decided to get the patches done, Sarah had transferred me to Tim who booked us in. Within a couple of days I came home to see the roof had been completely fixed. When looking at the job, they matched the roof colour perfectly and you wouldn't be able to tell there was any damage to it.
After the job was done, Bernadette did a follow up in person. She was incredibly thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. She even brought chocolates, which was such a nice/personal touch.
I would 100% recommend Gerry's Roofing & Siding to anyone who needs work done to their roof, or any other service they offer.
