He worked extra hard to get everything fixed and gave extra advice on different products. Excellent and polite communication and prompt service. I definitely recommend this business.
I called today (Sunday) as I locked myself out of my house in Verona. I left a voicemail and was called back within the hour. It was a very reasonable after hours charge, considering another place wanted to charge me $400+ (this place only 149 I think he said) instead of just coming out and charging me that, he gave me suggestions to try, over the phone, for the keypad lock I had, as well as a lock box I said I had, that I was trying to get into. He was heading to another job, but said would be to me right after. I ended up canceling on him, before he finished the last job he was at, as I managed to get in to lock box, but he helpful, communicative and fast to respond on a Sunday, so I knew I needed to come here and give a great review! Thank you!!

Excellent service… was able to get my trailer keys copied very quickly & at a reasonable price. I was in and out in less then five minutes.

1970 Kawasaki KZ200 Project. I called over the weekend and left a message. By the time Monday came round, I forgot what I was doing. Thankfully, I got a return call. After I was done a few errands, I noticed a call-back.
Job completed in the time I wanted it done. A1 Service and A1 Skillz and will get the job done faster than you can say Kawasaki! Thanks again! Key fits all locks! Now we just have to rebuild it! Happy Birthday to my lil'man!

Great service called, and he showed up within 1 hour. Great work. I thought I needed a new lock, but he saved me money and just fixed it ! I recommend A-1 as my go-to for locksmith service!
