Five star plus!! This family built business has proven to be elite in pool and hardscape design and installation. The attention to detail and ability to delivery the entire package was effortless as we changed our design throughout the process. We understood the magnitude of a full yard renovation would come with worry but every member of the Hipel team assured and took the time to explain step by step the process! I had the team at Hipel Pools install my pool in the middle of Covid. Kadison and his team were exceptional then and still continue to support me with all of my pool questions even now. We decided to put a pool in for the 2022 season. We looked into three different pool contractors and decided to go with Hipel Pools. Kadison and team are honest, flexible and easy to work with. It was clear that it was important to them that we were happy with the end product. Fast forward a couple seasons and I wouldn't change anything with our decision. There have been zero issues and Kadison is always available when questions arise. Thank you Hipel Pools for the quality pool installation, attention to detail, and continued support.

Hipel designed and installed a pool for me in 2023. Kadison helped me come up with a design that was perfect for my backyard and our lifestyle. He also helped me incorporate a Heat-pump and an electric cover into the plan. I really appreciated the time Kadison took to meet with me and talk through different pool options and sizing, and how those would look in my backyard. And stonework. So many options. The team that did the work was great The end result is a transformation from a mud zone to an oasis.

My wife and I met Kadison and his company Hipel Pools in 2020 and have been happily working with them since. They sat down with my wife and I, asked what we wanted and then came back to us with a plan mapping out exactly what our backyard would look like, and gave us input to make our dream backyard even better than we imagined. Since installing the pool they have been very quick to help any time we have had a question or had a concern pop up ( as new pool owners, there is a lot to take in at first) and have always been more than happy to help us with any issue that arose. Can not recommend this family company enough! Thanks Kadison!

From the first time we met Kadison, we knew we made the right decision choosing the team from Hipel Pools. Kadison listened to what we were looking for, and when he came back to see us, he provided a pool plan that was more than we could have hoped for. It was very evident this was an experienced pool company, and their wealth of knowledge with fiberglass pools was unmatched. The costs and payments were clearly laid out in the contract, as was all options for the pool, stone decking, accessories, etc. This provided us with alternatives to consider. Once the contract was signed, everything Kadison promised happened. The pool date began on time, the team worked diligently each day, and they were so welcoming and fun to have on site. They always let us know what was happening and exactly what was to happen next. We were stunned that this was able to get completed in less than a month. Every part of the job, from the ground work, plumbing/heating, pool delivery, water delivery, stone delivery and install, clear deck install, lawn and ground repair, right to the pool opening was just as we were told. We were so impressed by how they worked hard to make sure our neighbours were not inconvenienced, and every effort was made to do as little damage to grounds not associated with the pool. When there was an issue, we addressed this with Kadison, and it was taken care of immediately. A small portion of the fence was damaged to our neighbour, and without even talking about this, Kadison promised this would be taken care of. And it was. We were so impressed how effortless the Hipel team made this big installation look. When it looked stressful to us, they always reassured us with confidence that all was good! The pool installation began 3rd week of August 2023, and it was great that our family and friends could enjoy the new backyard and pool for a full month, before the Hipel team closed the pool after Thanksgiving weekend. Every 3rd party partner Kadison used to complete the install were as welcoming and professional as his team. The whole operation was seamless. For a big investment like this, I would highly recommend Hipel Pools. Our family is so happy with the pool, and we can't wait to enjoy it for years to come.
