We have been dealing with United Rental for over 15 years and the customer service is by far the best I have experienced. Always taking care of our needs in a speedy fashion.
They have a new location. For about 4 years. Obviously I don't rent tools very often anymore.

I got certified for scissor and articulated boom lifts. The online course was comprehensive a d useful.
The practical exam was very thorough and Dan, the examiner, did a great job explaining all details and providing useful information.

Called them on Sunday September 4th for a quick guidance about their faulty equipment, but the customer service representative gave a hard time. She literally scolded me for calling her LoL. Never call their customer service.
I don’t even want to give one star but I have no options left expect that.
If owner sees this please fix it

I have meant to-do this a while back!
Absolutely 10 out of 10 for customer service and quality rentals. I had called multiple competitors and Blue Line rental was the only ones who was a) Informative and b) Friendly. I am currently looking at renting more from them as I type this!!
