Ryan was incredibly helpful! With the market as it is, we decided to have a home inspection after the sale and are very glad we did. He basically gave us a private class on how to take care of our new home. We ended with a short manual (10 pages or so) of writing from Ryan which predicted future maintenance requirements, updates, and maintenance that needed to be done right away. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who has just purchased a home -- It is absolutely worth the money. It will save you from bigger fixes later!
