Waste your time! I've been trying to contact these folks to get a quote and since the reviews were old I thought that they might have improved so I drove across town at 1230pm and when I hot here the hours posted are 7-11am, and the commenton the hours sign says " I work to live. I don't live to work." That should explain why they don't care abour their business. I should have taken the reviews at face value. They'd be better off just shutting the business down if they don't care about customers.

I bought a counter top for my bathroom from them and installed by my handiman. Very happy with the installation but not the quality of the product. I live alone so just me using it. The problem is it shows even water stains and the surface becomes sticky. I must clean it every day and still it shows marks. The 30-year-old one I replaced it with was in better shape. I have emailed them and received no reply plus their web site is out-of-date and their phone number has changed. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I would give them a minus score if I could. We used to deal with Canadian Custom a bunch, years ago, when the company was owned by the dad, Geoff. Now that the son is running the show, the company has gone way downhill. We went in for a quote. We showed up during their open hours 3 times before actually being able to get in the door. They said that they were open, their summer hours were posted on the door, and the doors were locked. We tried calling several times to make sure that they were actually open, and there was never an answer. The 4th time was the final try, and to our surprise, they were actually open. The current owner, Andrew, was the one helping us with the quote. Our measurements were pretty accurate, but we wanted to double check before ordering, so we took the quote and went home. Our total was $537.88. When we got home we decided to make a couple changes that would drop the price a bit but make it more esthetically pleasing, so when we went back, the mom, or previous owner's wife, wanted to rewrite the quote. Her total came to $754.84, even with removing the 45 degree angle which would have cost extra. When I commented on how that is a big difference in price, she went to find Andrew to see what happened and why his quote was so far off. He came out and started yelling at her, right in front of us. His words were "So I made a math error!" We were told that they would not honour the original quote or even budge on the price of the second quote. Apparently they don't understand what a quote is. I will never buy from them again.

Had a great experience. Counter top turned out great the guy was even willing to open on Sunday so i can pick it up.

I needed a counter as quick as possible. I was being told everywhere else 2 to 3 weeks. I cotacted canadian custom countertops ams had a counter cut and in my hands in less then 24hrs.

Worst experience! Consider yourself warned against this terrible company and their terrible ethics. I took custom countertops there and they gave them back incomplete. When I brought this to the owners attention she dismissed the error, did not apologize and told me that I was wrong, even though I had pictures, which she refused to see. Further, they failed to laminate another part and made the wrong cuts even though I brought them the exact countertops. Their response was that they would not believe it was laminated even if they saw it laminated. So essentially they are going to do the work they want and the customer is wrong. Terrible work ethic, no apology and the quality of counter laminate adhesive is sub-par. Buyer beware
