I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend Centennial Windows and Doors. I went with the company even though they were more money than other quotes because I was really sold on the high level of professionalism I could expect. I was told the level of training they go through to create results that I would be happy with for a lifetime was unfathomable. I was super excited, especially in having them replace my bathroom window which was basically in the shower. Dumb design but it is what I was working with. I wanted to make sure it was going to be done right because it would be constantly hit with water and I didn't want mold.
Not only did they not measure the window properly, but the install cracked one of the porcelain tiles, it was too small and installed crooked. Their manager Don came out and agreed it would be redone. He said that they would make the window bigger and cover the cracked tile with the trim which would be sealed so there would no risk to the integrity of my home. This sounded reasonable so I agreed.
After the reinstall however, the trim did NOT cover the crack and the installer damaged another tile in my bathroom.
I reached out to them this time, but I'm guessing since my payments started going through I am now getting the silent treatment. No response to emails in 4 days and counting. The manager simply said "good to know" and hasn't responding anything further.
If you are having windows replaced, DO NOT risk going with this company. They speak of having integrity and life time backing but I doubt they will keep their word. They'll probably just find some way to weasel out of it. I've now got $2-5,000 worth of repairs to do in my shower because it will be impossible to just replace the 2 tiles they broke and putting caulk over the cracks looks horrible.
I had all my windows and doors plus two new screen doors installed by Centennial Windows And Doors.
The installation team did an excellent job. They where very professional, polite, and neat. They cleaned up all the mess before they left and explained all the operations to me.
A few weeks later I had an issue with one of the screen doors handle. I called it in and the following week a repair man came and replaced the handle and adjusted the closing mechanism. Very polite as well.
I have no issues with Centennial and recommend them if your looking for new doors and windows.

We have used Centennial for both past and recent door and window installations. The most recent door installation was a challenge as we live in an old century home. Matt and Jeremy literally had to rebuild the door opening to accept the new door. I was very impressed with their quality of work. They were not happy unless everything was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Centennial as they have always provided excellent products and service to us.

We had the pleasure of having Josh T and Scott O as our installers and WOW!!! - - these guys were honestly the best. They left my house cleaner than they found it, no doubt. The workmanship was impressive as hell to me, they were very clean, very friendly with our dog and our neighbhours, they're the kind of guys you'll miss when they're gone. This was the best experience we've had with any business, from the first call we made all the way to the end of the project. Thank you so much Josh and Scott, you made my day today!!
First and foremost, 5 stars for Annette. I submitted a quote request, and she got in touch with me almost immediately. Not only was she very lovely over the phone but she went above and beyond accommodating our schedule. She let us know a representitive would come that week and this is where things got even better. We met Anto and the rest is history. Anto was so pleasent, thorough and passionate, which is what stuck out the most for us, of course in his line of work, his personality would thrive. He explained how they manufacture their windows, he went into detail about the warranties, the process from start to finish and every little detail in between. He took the time to actually sit there and teach me about something I knew NOTHING about. He explained why they make their windows the way they do, the benefits, the positives and negatives of certain types of windows and how they're installed. He offered suggestions, ideas & colours, doors, you name it. If the whole process ended today, I would still give five stars based on the kind of guy he is. He was not the slightest bit pushy, he didn't rush our appointment in anyway, he had understandable and thorough and had answers for all the questions we had. He even showed us the windows in real time, explaining in detail how they were manufactured, why they are done that specific way, and why most windows on new builds fail... I wanted to wait until our install was complete to leave a review, but starting this process with Annette and Anto, I have high hopes and zero doubts the installers will follow suit and our window and door worries will be far behind us.
Thank you again for an easy jump in the right direction. It truly was an absolute pleasure meeting Anto today and having him in our home. He will always have a seat at our table for cevapi!

We had another great experience with Centennial. We had gotten most of our windows done several years ago (an incredible heat savings at the time)but left a window facing the backyard and the door to the back at the time.
We decided to finally replace them. The person who came in to do the initial help was insightful and gave us several options to choose from to arrive at our final choices.
We mentioned that the windows previously installed were stiff opening and closing so he made note and said the person coming to take the final measurements would try to deal with it. He did and showed what to do if they stiffen in the future.
Andrew and Max who came to install the window and doors did a great job. They actually arrived earlier than expected - a pleasant surprise. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and actually fixed a couple of small issues we had with the outside trim because of the old door and window. Thanks, guys!
We would order from this company again but all our doors and windows are done.

We had a new front door installed about 7 years ago. We love the door however the last few years, the door has showed some age. Paint issues and window surrounds are warped. Today Big John the service person arrived to review the issues.
He was very professional and knowledgeable and recommended that they replace the surrounds and other parts of the door and he thought the best way forward was to recommend that the balance of the door be painted by a qualified technician.
We’re very happy with his recommendations and look forward to having these repairs completed.

We had a front door and side door installed today.
The two installers, Andrew and Max showed up on time and did a great job. The were professional and courtesy and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.
They left the jobsite neat and tidy when they were done and you wouldn't know anyone had been here.
Frank the salesman stopped by as a courtesy to ensure everything was going well.
Great job Centennial, we are very satisfied customers

I have ordered before from Centennial and already knew the quality of the products. From the time Paul arrived to study our house and provide a quote for the full set of front windows through the excellent and very professional installation by Doug and Paco, the entire experience couldn't have gone smoother. Paul went over the quality construction of the window products and explained the guarantee we were purchasing thoroughly. He made notes on a few little things needing attention with our previous purchases (5years old now) and ensured the company would look after them. Doug and Paco arrived promptly on the agreed install date and quickly got to work. This was during a heat wave, which didn't slow them in the slightest. They both worked well together , were polite, very neat and conscientious about the work on and the condition in which they left the house. True professionals in all regards.
Paul followed up a few days after the install to ensure all was well. The final result was superb and made such a change in the look of the house (we went from white to black windows) my family drove right past when they came to visit on the weekend.
Centennial, thank you for another excellent install. We are extremely happy with the service and results.

I had three doors installed a week ago. The installers Brad M. and Jon M. were punctual and very professional. They were hardworking and the job was completed in a day. They answered all my questions and cleaned up the workspace once the job was completed.
The sales rep Todd Brown is honest, knowledgeable, and professional.
