I was lucky to have Muskan to help me every step of the way with all our all faucets, accessories, tub, and toilets selections. Muskan was very patient and informative and explain and answered all my questions and was able to find alternatives that are in stock. She also went above and beyond to made few calls to confirm few technical questions I had and was able to resolve them very quickly. Which my my decision process so much simpler and stress free. I recently worked with Bath Emporium and Castle Kitchens, for a kitchen renovation project, and I am highly satisfied with the results. The project was intricate, making it challenging to choose a supplier, but I have no regrets selecting Castle Kitchens.
Our Project Manager , Prince guided us through the design process with meticulous detail, ensuring the project aligned with our expectations. Despite a few hiccups, the team efficiently addressed them, offering valuable suggestions and substitutions that contributed to the overall vision. Prince's dedication and problem-solving skills greatly enhanced the success of our kitchen renovation.

I have recently renovated 2 washrooms and kitchen from Bath Emporium and Castle Kitchens. Our Project Manager and Consultant, Prince played a pivotal role managing every aspect of my renovation from planning to execution. The work and products have exceeded my expectations, and I'm grateful to Prince for his invaluable support throughout the entire project. With little experience in renovating my exoerience was very satisfactory. All products and workmanship surpassed our expectations.

He was extremely thoughtful and detailed, took care of our needs and went beyond my expectations
1/5 is given to Prince. He is perhaps the most dishonest and unorganized individual I have dealt with as a project manager.
Unresponsive to calls and emails.
The overall quality and build of our kitchen is fantastic, but I would never go back to this place to do any future projects.

Prince went above and beyond to help us find the right elements for our new bathroom. Bath Emporium carries high quality products at reasonable prices. We needed a lot of guidance and we got excellent service. I can recommend Bath Emporium with great confidence.

Deciding to undergo a home renovation is a scary thing, but hiring Bath Emporium Castle Kitchens was the best decision my family has made. We dealt specifically with Jodi, Prince and Jasmeet. From the beginning they guided us through the entire process and advised on great design ideas. Furthermore, the products and tradesmen were of very high quality and exceeded our expectations. Even during the reno, the team often came in to ensure the project was running smoothly.
Along with great quality, they offered amazing design ideas we didn't get anywhere else. For our kitchen remodel we removed two supporting walls that previously made the kitchen seem small. This allowed us to add more cabinetry for storage and provide an open floor plan to our house. My mom was very happy with the final outcome and now has her dream kitchen. Along with the kitchen, we remodeled all the bathrooms, laundry, closets, flooring, and stairs. The company showroom was also a great help in being able to see the products and functionality.
We decided to renovate before my sisters wedding, and our post reno home was a great space for all of our functions. All of our family and friends were blown away! We even ended up inviting the team to the wedding festivities!
The final outcome of the Reno far exceeded my expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend Bathemp Castle Kitchens.

So I was referred this place from one of my friends. I was told I would get high quality stuff and good service. When I walked in the place was big and nicely laid out. I was greeted right away from Jasmeet.
She was very good with her service. She has great knowledge of the product and offered suggestions that I didn't get from other places.
What I liked the best is she gave me time to look around and didn't hassle me like a annoying sales person.
I ended up ordering everything I need for my bathroom renovation from her. After I was done I shopped the what she quoted and realized her pricing what very competitive.

Is there any thing interesting more than that you meet an awesome consultant and she’s exact personal and excellent idea on decoration of life as you’re seeking some project and products for your home renovation with the confusing eyes? Yes I made it, she’s Teresa, professional sales lady in Bath Emporium. Fortunately more, all products I got here are in nice qualities and competitive prices. Of course, based on the resolution given by the Lady Teresa, I won the right products in respect to the right budget. It’s really perfect experience.
