I damaged my garage door and needed a new section to replace the bit I dented. I called two places and one quoted $1,300 and Dodds quoted $600 and change. Dodds gave me fantastic customer service (thanks Denise!) and treated my issue like it was their own home that they were fixing. Communication was clear and consistently good via email and phone. The quotation process was super easy as I just sent them photos and they were able to do the estimate using that alone. The tech came exactly when they were supposed to and they didn’t give me a 4-6 hour window but a one hour window, which made scheduling the repair around my work really easy. I would 100% recommend this company and while I don’t plan on denting or damaging my garage door again, if it happens you know who I’m calling.

We had Dodds replace both our garage doors recently and could not be happier. From the first telephone inquiry to the final install the entire process was more professional than we could have hoped for. The Sales Rep, Mike B was amazing, going over all our options in great detail, and very patiently answering all our questions. The guidance he gave us on the colour was what made our decision. Ed the Installer was thorough, meticulous, and so quiet we did not even know he was there! Truly a professional, he completed the job all during a power blackout, it came on just in time to test the openers! One of the reasons we went with Dodds was because they handled all the aluminum capping in-house, we did not have to worry about arranging for someone else. Their capping installer, Zaza is a true artist, sheet metal is challenging at the best of times but Zaza took his time, and it really makes the doors look much better than if we went with a painted frame. The follow up contact from Ellen was amazing, she went through everything to make sure all our questions were answered, and that we were completely happy with the job. Two product that we went with that made the job perfect were the Liftmaster 87504 opener (belt drive silence, and AMAZING lighting), and the aluminum capping, these are both a must buy in our opinion. Go with Dodds, they are the best!!
