Wow, the show room is so easy to navigate. The samples are displayed on boards showing real life installation. Other samples are easily moved to allow for the complete material selection can be inspected or admired.
Monica and here team area delight and very helpful.
Professional, knowledgeable service and an extensive inventory of choice.

Great selection of products. One stop shopping. Floor and wall tile. Sinks counter tops brick veneer and even artificial grass. Also wood flooring.

MSI was having an open house yesterday for it's dealers. The dealer I do business with suggested I attend and see the whole operation. The staff are incredible and inviting, the products are top notch and the showroom is a great space to bring clients to make selection easier.
This is now a preferred supplier to my company, Acme General Contractors.

Really enjoyed our experience at MSI. We are finishing our basement so there is a lot to decide on. We especially liked the input, time and effort John provided. I highly recommend them and recommend visiting their showroom. Tons of selection.

We drove 3 1/2 hours to Toronto to select our granite slabs and it was well worth it. The selection and service was excellent!!! Thank you.

We were referred by our contractor to MSI. At arrival we were greeted by the team which seemed eager to help. We were taken on a tour by Jocelyn whom from start to finish was phenomenal. She was able to handle all our questions and deal with our indecisiveness! Thanks for your help with this process.

We recently purchased a quantity of MSI Everlife Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring for a part of a basement renovation. We chose Everlife based on the recommendations of our flooring store. We are very happy with the quality of the Everlife product and so far the durability has been excellent.

Alina was incredible with us as walk-up clients. Took more than enough time with us to really explore and explain our options. Probably one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in recent memory and we will be sure to recommend to our peers.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company puts no value on their customers. I was told to go pick up replacement stone and drove over 2 hours, only to be denied at the door because an "Appointment" wasn't made. Now I understand their situation but I was told to come pick up the stone from the retailer without any mention of an appointment. Instead of this company helping me out in this situation and just handing me the few boxes of replacement they denied to help me at the door and left me empty handed. over $13,000 in stone ordered and this is how they treat people. I would strongly avoid working with this company the customer service is very poor and not to mention VERY rude on the phone. The manager was exceptionally rude and not willing to help me out.

Our visit to MSI in Mississauga went really well. Zarna answered our questions, walked us through the showroom and took us to the warehouse where we were able to view multiple quartz options. She also arranged for us to see a full slab of the quartz we were interested in.
Seeing the full slab made such a difference. We now know for sure that we're picking the one that's right for us. Overall a very good experience and well worth the trip to Mississauga.
