My contractor has just finished installing my new countertop from National Countertops on Torbram Road. Outstanding quality and service. I had originally planned to purchase my countertop from IKEA but when we approached the IKEA sponsored manufacturer in Markham to confirm our measurement requirements the IKEA quoted price somehow doubled and my contractor convinced me to cancel. National was able to manufacture my countertop with the exact laminate that IKEA offered and the price was less than half of what it would have cost through IKEA. The countertop was ready in just one week. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this company.

National Countertops just came in to install my new countertop in my basement kitchen today. I was just shocked at how NICE the new countertop is compared to another one I had installed a few years ago in my upstairs kitchen. Not only is it a perfect fit but the installers were friendly and cleaned up all the mess after they were done. The thing that impressed me the most was the constant attention to my phone calls and they had it measured, ordered and installed within 9 days after my first visit to their store. As well as installing the countertop they recommended other professionals such as Plumbers etc to help complete the job who ALSO were extremely quick and responsive. In relation to their pricing I dont think anyone out there can do better. Forget the big box stores; come Here and be impressed and happy with the service and quality and turnaround time. Thank you so much National Countertop; you made my dream come true today.

Outstanding customer service. Very helpful and easy to work with. Installers were quick and clean. They did a great job of removing my granite without damaging the cabinets or backsplash. Excellent pricing as well.

I'm not happy with national counter top at all. I read multiple reviews prior to hiring them to complete my counter top and there were many negative reviews but I still trusted them. There were no measurements made except for the estimate I received. They came an hour late. There was dust all over my kitchen. And the counter wasn't set in place correctly leaving gaps. They removed my kitchen sink but didn't want to put it back which I didn't understand.It's unfortunate a company that advertises good service has such bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who would like their counter. Hire professionals instead.
