Great inspector.
Shawn was very thorough with our 30 day pre-construction inspection. He made a detailed report and caught leaking furnace and one side of the bedroom without any insulation.
He also detailed an incredible amount of cosmetic finishing issues with the home, each one with a photo.
Would definitely hire again, strongly encourage spending the money on this home inspector, very professional and thorough.

I’m a realtor and my client found and hired Shawn as his home inspector for a home we were purchasing. I’ve worked with many home inspectors but was truly blown away by Shawn’s professionalism, knowledge, affordability, and how thorough his report was! Even my client who has worked with many construction projects in the past was thoroughly impressed by the detailed report. Not to mention he squeezed us in on very short notice and was able to turn around the report in lightning fast time! Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a home inspection.

Shawn was super accommodative and was able to squeeze me into a busy day for him as I was on a tight timeline. He still took the time to do a very thorough inspection of my condo with all his findings laid out in an easy to follow report (including pictures). Overall I was very impressed with him and would recommend him to anyone else who needs a home inspected.

I was referred to Shawn by a friend when I needed a home inspection on very short notice. We spoke at 10pm on Monday for an inspection at 10am Tuesday and Shawn showed up on time, no questions asked.
He was professional and his work was great. He provided us the assurances we needed to close and supplied us with a thorough written report on the unit + his recommendations on the minor repairs that were needed.
Would definitely recommend Shawn and will be definitely be using his services for our next home purchase! 10/10
