I give one star to the robot pool cleaner, it was amazing.
The cleaners showed up for 7 of the 10 weeks I paid for. 3 of those weeks were disastrous and could have easily damaged and/or ruined my pool equipment.
First visit of the summer Luc and his staff decided to unplug my salt cell and leave it unplugged after they were finished. He and his staff had no idea it was unplugged nor for how long and quite frankly didn’t seem to care.
On another visit, Luc himself was cleaning the pool and decided to leave the backwash valve open, draining my pool. Pool was drained below the skimmer water level and my pump ran empty for a good portion of the day.
Upon his last visit, again, Luc himself cleaned the pool. This time Luc didn’t put the rubber gasket back on my pool pump filter basket lid, which led to an improper seal. This mistake allowed air to flow through my pump and for it to lose its prime. Once again, my pump ran empty for a long period of time, potentially damaging it even more. In his own words, he had no idea the gasket even existed.
Terrible business.
Luc is a very friendly and courteous person. He is punctual and very respectful. He did an excellent job opening my pool. I am very satisfied.

Luc’s knowledge is beyond anyone in the pool business. His attention to detail, his ability to problem solve, and his perfection to cleanliness is truly remarkable. I have owned a pool for 12 years and never have I met anyone who went above and beyond to help me. For the first time in many years I will have a pool that is professionally managed so I can teach my kids to swim. He is a breath of fresh air in this industry.

Luc took care of my pool. It was a really big help, but more importantly, we could enjoy our time swimming instead of worrying about having to clean the pool. I highly recommend his service. It is so worth it.
