I hired them last year for pool maintenance. I was a very new pool owner. The work quality was fine but they charged me $250+tax just for chemical per month apart from $320+tax per month maintenance visits cost. I.e. around $650 per month for regular pool maintenance, insane amount of money. Also, once I called them when my pool was leaking. There were 2 boys visited and spent only around 10 minutes, looked very confused and left without any resolution or at least workaround but I got an invoice of $175+tax.

It's easy to said "they are the best, excellent service, honest people" But it's importan to explaing why. When you find a company that will put all very clear in advance, and the service that you will get is exactly as was pacted, my advice is "Stick to that companly" This is my experience with Pressure Clean Pools, I can only wish I knew about them before.

While looking after my Brother's pool opening in May, 2024 while he and his partner were on holiday, I had the absolute pleasure of communicating with Joseph, Christine behind the scenes who kept me in the loop arranging the 2 cleanings ( an extra my Brother paid for); Paul and his 2 man crew for the opening. Paul was organized, knowledgable, curtious and very efficient. He explained everything as they worked away. The pool was opened and functioning in a timely manner. The 2 cleanings were done by Kee Jea who showed up when he said he would, very thorough with the cleanings, back washings etc. He too was very efficient and curious! Very satisfied!

Used PCP for the very first time this past week to close my pool. Brent and Joseph came highly recommended and have done excellent work in the neighborhood from what I was told. Trevor and Graham came by and helped to do a full close. Being a first time pool owner, they were patient and took the time to explain the process and what to expect. I also gave my pool filters to them for a deep clean. They are professional and treat your property with respect. Thank you Pressure Clean Pools for your customer service and care. I look forward to Spring and opening up!
