Our experience with Ideal Fence was amazing! All staff involved from estimate, prep, installation and administration were highly professional, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and ultra responsive. Special shout out to Brandon, Jessica and Christine who answered all my emails, calls and questions with speed and a smile. This was our second year asking for a quote which they were happy to provide again. Once ready to book, the entire process was so smooth for us and our involved neighbours. Work stared an entire month earlier than first estimated! Removal of old fence and post installation was done in a few hours. It was like watching The Flash at work in our yard. And super tidy and organized. Installation took place a few days later as the footings have to dry first and that was the longest we ever had to wait for anything. (As part of the process, be prepared to live without a fence for a couple of days). Installation was just as quick and super professional. High quality job! All crews were very respectful and polite. I was concerned about them working in ridiculous heat and humidity and often brought them cool water but I didn’t see them take any breaks. Machines! After installation, a few minor concerns and corrections were taken care of immediately after we called. It sometimes felt like I hung up the phone and the doorbell rang. Superb! Finished product looks amazing and is extremely sturdy. The look of our yard has been completely upgraded. We will enjoy for years to come! Call Ideal Fence now. You won’t be sorry!

In late July I requested a quote from Ideal Fence. That day Randy called and booked an appointment to come see our property later that week. He was so helpful and informative since I knew somewhat of what I was looking for. He suggested a great PVC product that goes with our siding perfectly. He got the contract to me for signature the next day. At the time we booked, the company was predicting 6 week install however it was significantly delayed due to Covid, and although it was frustrating, I don't blame the company for not having access to the products needed. Once they were back in business we were contacted letting us know the products were ordered and the workers came to dig for posts the next day, and fence completed the day after that. The workers were respectful of our property, you couldn't even tell anyone was there. All together I was very happy with Ideal Fence and will absolutely recommend them and would work with them again.

Great experience with this team. Easy quote, just had to send a picture of the layout and total measurements. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. They gave me an estimate of 5 weeks to get the fence done. They came and did it on week 3. Posts was one day and fencing was 2 days later. Very good work and minimal disturbances to my yard. Cleaned up well. The fence looks great, solid posts and everything is nice and squared up to the house. Billing was simple and they have many options for payment. Overall fantastic experience!!!
