I have recently completed my RHI designation through CAHPI, my mentorship was provided by a retired RHI in Nova Scotia remotely. I found the process to be extremely valuable, as a newer inspector (3 years) I have never had anyone look over my work. Brian provided thorough and excellent feedback on all aspects of my reporting. I am far more confident in my report writing abilities and feel as though I am a better inspector after completing this process.
