Don’t ever work with this company ever I worked there with guy name Ashton (( he let me work for more than 2 months without paying me anything.. he letterly destroyed my life.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Kyle and Karen were quick and responsive in getting our move set up. Our movers Joey, Brandon and Pat worked hard all day! They were polite, professional and took extra care with our items AND magically they made everything fit in our storage unit! From start to finish it has been a great experience. Thanks for making our move stress free!

We recently moved cross country. We packed ourselves, with the exception - mattresses were put in bags and one of our tvs( we have 5) our 55 inch was put in a box. The others were wrapped. As we are building and in a temporary location some items were just delivered. The TV that is in a box from the movers is broken inside(crack in the pixels). We had to replace. I put a claim in, pictures and all. It was refused because the company claim dept says it was not in a box. So we are liars? I just paid them 26k. Why would I lie about a TV which I put in a claim for the new sale price of 1.1k. I was also given a local number to call in Ottawa. I did, someone talked to me then put me through to a vm. No one has called back yet and i dont expect them to. Beware do not use this company. Very disappointed ?

DISCLAIMER: move took place in 2014. Worst moving experience, and I've moved internationally 7 times. Packing was careless, air freight was put in the sea freight. I've had to replace expensive gear because was sent to long term storage instead of sea freight. I still to this day have half a chair with screws with me while the remaining parts and in storage, and one out of six dining room chairs. The list goes on and on. They did not bring wooden crates to load and seal on location and instead loaded everything in a big truck, crushing things randomly (I lost it when I saw my flat screen TV with 5 boxes stacked on top of it). It was just overall careless, disorganized and rushed. Pictures show a few flagrant examples of damage. Honestly, I don't think I could recommend any moving company in Canada as most companies who will pack you out will not have the professionalism to take pride in their work. My advice: be very prepared, supervise every box packing that matters the most, especially artwork and fragile things, supervise the truck loading for excessive loads, and don't do this alone. They will go fast and you won't be able to watch everything. Just beware.

Booked a move with Campbell; I requested and received a confirmation letter stating 2 men plus truck with a 4 hour minimum. Perfect. On moving day, 3 men show up and the rate is suddenly $25 more per hour. I asked why there were 3 men, the movers had no idea and I had little choice but to sign off on the new price at the door. The move took just 3 hours plus 40 minutes transit time to and from the depot (a bit of a joke since I live 4km from the depot). I was charged the 4 hour minimum. I contacted Campbell regarding the above, no response. I feel I was overcharged by ~$100 plus tax, I could have easily done the work of the third guy. The least they could have done was just charge the total move time of 3.5 hours and refund me $65 plus tax. Two of the movers were amazing, nothing was damaged and everything went smooth. The third guy stated he was relatively new and he wasn't all the useful. If you only need 2 movers - look elsewhere.

Our move with Campbell movers started out as a nightmare. The first steps were OK. Someone came rapidly to assess the move, then a girl named Brianna emailed me the quote with the subject line: "Your move on August 1st". I answered back that it was OK and that we would go with their quote and let them do the packing. No news after that. I assumed that it was settled and got extremely busy preparing the house. On the eve of the move though, I started wondering why I had not heard anything, especially that they were supposed to pack. So, as everybody knows already, nobody showed up the next day. I tried to reach them and it's only at 10:15AM that I got someone to talk to, after 5 phone calls. I barely got a little "we're sorry" that didn't sound sincere at all. I was not on their list!! They were able to "re-book" me for the Friday, 3 days later. It was my closing date, so I had very little time to clean the house after they left. I rushed to finish by the deadline. My husband was out of town and had to cancel two days of work; the painters I had hired for my new home were now there working in the middle of a move; we had to cancel the few days of vacation we had for the week after the move. The impact this delay had on our life was immense and we feel it to this day. I want to say though that the packers and actual move crew were outstanding. They worked swiftly and tirelessly; the movers, the three Matts and Poe were fun and professional, the tallest, Matt no. 1, the "boss" it looked like, set up the tone first hearing my story, apologizing for people he even didn't seem to know very well, and being so nice, funny and relaxed I started to feel good and happy. I would recommend them in a pinch but beware of the administration. Like another person said, they are "horrendous".

The packers and movers were excellent, efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are a talented crew. The management of this company however, is absolutely horrendous. They cannot be reached by email nor phone, the odd response through email is very unprofessional, they don't provide any advance notice of when they will be coming (I.e lay out a schedule with the client), and their employees are not informed on important details. The poor employees arrived not knowing how much there was to pack, what was going where, nor what heavy items may need to be moved. We warned about a heavy item needing to be carried up the stairs, however once the movers got here their "boss" told them not to do it and even refused to send an extra worker to help. Will never be using this company again.
