I highly recommend Puddle Pools. The work we had done on our 30+ year old pool was not uncomplicated. The pool needed a new liner, new skimmer and lines replaced and conversion to salt chlorinator. Having used the pool now for a couple of months, I couldn’t be more pleased. Zack put a whole team together to complete the work in record time. Communication was excellent and the quote we received was competitive. Excellent job!

New pool liner installed June 2024 I highly recommend Zach from Puddle Pools for all your pool needs! Rob installed the liner beautifully in one morning. Zach is so quick to respond with quotes, questions and updated on progress of the job. Rob is very knowledgeable and always answered any questions. Prices were extremely fair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We signed up with Puddle Pools at the end of 2023 to replace our 20+ year old inground pool liner and install new underground water lines (we had sprung a leak in our old return line and decided it would be wise to replace it and actually add 2 new lines to improve water circulation). We needed a full service company including having some heavy equipment to more large retainer wall stones in order to install the new lines. We had obtained several estimates and the quote received from Puddle Pools was reasonable given the amount of work involved. After we committed, Zach from Puddle pools assured us the work would be done in early Spring to get us up and running before the warm weather came in. Sure enough in early April, we were contacted and the work was started. The crew that came to do the work were first rate guys, very personable and very respectful of our property. We couldn’t have asked for better. And the work they did was amazing!!! We could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. No issues whatsoever…. not one. They even put our stone wall back in place and it actually looks better than the original. I would absolutely recommend Puddle Pools 100%.

Richard just came to my home from Puddle Pools and he was amazing. Not only did he do a good job at cleaning out all the leaves because we didn’t close our pool down well last fall but he talked to me and answered questions and helped me understand better ways to make my summer pool experience even better this year. He was amazing and I would highly recommend this company for any pool needs. Zack from sales answered tons of questions I had and helped me with an exact quote and what to expect. It was a great experience from start to finish and I will definitely be using them throughout the summer for assistance when needed. Thank you so much for easing my worries and making this a hassle free experience.

Richard and Zach are absolutely amazing to work with, we maintain multiple commercial locations with pools and since finding them have been at ease knowing they have our support, repair and maintenance needs covered. Most recently we completed major upgrades to our Pool Heating system which required new plumbing, Richard arrived and calmly planned out the work, got material and within a few hours had everything running perfectly. I went through 2 other providers before finding Puddle and have never been so happy with the results, work and relationship. Highly recommended for both personal and commercial work, you will not find a better company in the Ottawa area.
