Wow! If you are looking for a good salesman, Mike B delivers on that front. If you are looking for management that cares about your experience and household goods after you have signed the deal … go some place else. One piece of furniture was broken while loading. When I reached out to Mike B he indicated that he needed to talk with his guys to find out if they broke it even though a family member had witnessed it. After three attempts over a couple of days to have him respond to the incident, he then indicated - you just fill out the insurance claim. One very expensive piece of furniture arrived so broken that the crew had to leave a moving strap and secure it to a wall. I kid you not. We asked nothing short of 4 times for an ETA to be told anywhere within the 5 day window provided and let me see if I can track the truck. We never did hear back from the manager we started out with. There was no effective tracking system by the time it arrived here, one form simply said cartons. When I asked what they were the driver mentioned that they were all of our boxes. Nothing itemized. The only reason I did not give this company a rating of 1 is that they have hardworking, professional front line workers. It is not their fault that new employees are not trained and taught the tricks of the trade.
Professional, clearly experienced and left us feeling it was a job well done!

Everyone I dealt with here were very nice and made for a less stressful move planning experience. The loading took a bit longer than expected and (I can't really blame them), the storage unit I had rented wasn't big enough even though the person who came and did the estimate and the mover themselves. This caused me having to rent another storage unit temporarily until I could rent a bigger unit and move everything over to the new unit. This was the stressful part as I had to get a family member to come to the storage facility and load everything that didn't fit into the smaller unit until the office opened the next day. I actually had to leave a bunch of my items out in the open overnight which meant I stayed until closing and was there first thing in the morning when they opened to make sure nothing would go missing before I could rent a bigger unit. The underestimated quote I was given ended up costing me about 50% more overall just for the move alone. The storage unit rental, because it was a last minute size upgrade cost more but the stinger here is I had the smaller unit rented already which was a minimum of three months, so I had two units to pay for this time period. This went into the hundreds of dollars alone. Perhaps next time when suggesting whether items will fit into a specific sized unit, extra space should be suggested - just in case. The one thing that I am still not happy about is due of the smaller estimate and the movers arriving later than expected and the load took at least 1.5 hours longer than it should have. This meant their drive back to home base was during rush hour and overall added several hours - OT (hourly rate) for the move. Don't get me wrong, this wasn't a scam or anything like that on their part, these folks are good people. I just think they just were way off on the estimate for both storage unit size and time needed for my move. I actually left a few things just to keep the costs from rising further and still have to make a trip back to grab those items. Thankfully my previous landlord allowed me to store a few things in his garage. Between the mess with the storage unit sizing and time it took the movers to load and unload my items, the total unexpected costs were $1K more than expected for a one person move from an apartment. I probably wouldn't use them again for my next move just because I'm still pretty upset about the significant extra costs. I hope this comes off as some friendly constructive criticism and hope anyone reading this to plan a little more time and space you might need. Thank you...

Excellent service. Plenty of communication and the team was on time. They were efficient and friendly during the course of the move. 3 hours start to finish to having my office furniture from my old address to the new one. Highly recommend this service.

Good experience from start to finish! Everyone from the office staff to the movers were professional, courteous and efficient. The price for the move was reasonable and couldn't have gone any better! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for a moving company.

From the very first call I have had a great experience with this company. Diane in the office was so thorough and helpful. This was a big expense for me, but I felt just by a conversation with her that I could trust this company. She followed up several times and made the process so easy. My good feeling was confirmed when 3
wondeful employees, Phil, Josh and Nick, arrived with a truck and all the equipment they needed. They were kind, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this service to anyone.
