They crushed my garbage bin over the summer so I replaced it. They then ran over my bin again 6 weeks ago. I called in the same day and kept getting promised the bin will get replaced. It has been 6 weeks and still nothing. Kept telling me they'll look into it. Steve, supervisor while pleasant on the phone and keeps promising me he'll take care of it, falls short on actually following-through.
Dave was very friendly, and we worked together beautifully. :)

Dave was very helpful and easy to work with. He quickly answered all my questions when we were first inquiring. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the fellow delivering our bin was very friendly. Thank you for taking care of our needs!

We are new customers with Waste Connections of Canada - Peterborough. So far, we are very satisfied with their customer service! Specifically, Dave, our sales representative, has been great to deal with!

Very unprofessional organization, I asked why my price increased 34% in 2021 and did not get an explanation of why. I also asked why my contract stated $60 per lift and it is now $144.46 per lift, an increase of 2.41 times the original amount. The company used a contract I signed in 2013 to hide behind and use it as a weapon stating that they can just raise it when they want and if I I don't challenge it within 30 days then I am "okay" with it. I paid their overinflated price, compared it to an only quote from a competitor Waste Connections the price is $400 cheaper per month. Now they want a penalty. I have been a customer with them since 2010 my account was always paid in full and is in good standing. But apparently I signed an "until death do us part" contract. I guess this will follow me to my grave unless I gave them their precious penalty. The sales department does not have the common courtesy to properly explain the price increases. The first time I question it in 12 years I am transferred to the legal department in order to scare and intimidate me. The sales department apparently does not have the skill set to remove the dumpster form my property and obtain ONE new customer to generate new business income instead of wasting their resources arguing with me. This is a warning to do not deal with this company they will make you sign a 5 year contract the automatically roll it into another 5 year contract if you do not pay attention to the anniversary date and cancel it with the allotted time frame. Hence the "until death do us part" of the contract. The competitor that I mentioned above will agree to a 1 or 3 year contract and after that it goes on a month to month basis which is realistically more reasonable.

Dan and His team has been incredibly helpful time and time again. They are always willing to go the extra step when we need their assistance. Very thankful to have these guys around. Not only are they flexible when it comes to service, but I have also had the pleasure of dealing with them in a business aspect and am grateful for how understanding they have been. Way to go Guys!
