Outstanding job on our Backyard pool, deck, BBQ server area and hot tub
We hired Poolcraft in early summer 2019 to renovate our backyard and put in a pool, deck, BBQ server and hot tub. After several quotes and a few designs from other pool installers and landscape companies we decided on Poolcraft based on testimonials from friends and families who had used their services and had recommended them based on their quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail. We were not disappointed. Although they were definitely not the cheapest option, their work speaks for itself. 5 years later our backyard continues to entice and delight our family and guests as an idyllic place to relax. From their amazingly detailed and thorough design work to helping us find the finishes we didnt know we wanted but loved their team was great. Thanks to Rick, Chris and the rest of the team for an outstanding job. Price creep was definitely an issue but often it was us who wanted to add a little bit more to the project. With Poolcraft you will get your moneys worth and a backyard that will impress you and your guests for years to come. Their after sales service has been great as well - a little slow during the pandemic but that was to be expected. 5 Stars!
I have been a swimming pool owner for 25 years, so I understand fact from fiction. Aura and the entire service team at Pool Craft are 5 stars, the real deal. They understand what it means to service a customer. It is based on this simple concept that made it very easy for me to want to build a long-term relationship with them.

We have been dealing with Pool Craft since 2017 when they created our beautiful backyard paradise. They open and close our pool every year and always immediately respond to any help we need. They truly are a first class company. I would like to give a personal thank you to their service manager Geoff Doherty who always goes above and beyond for his customers to handle every situation with prompt personal care.

We have no problem staying home after our backyard pool reno was completed by Pool Craft and team! What an incredible experience from start to finish. From Chris (our lead guy) to the carpenters, landacapers and trades teams, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you were planning on adding a pool to your backyard. If we could give more stars, we would.
Thank you Chris and everyone in your team for providing our family with a vacation property that doubles as our home!

This is our second pool with Pool Craft. They always do a beautiful job and we're very happy with our new pool. Jay and his team worked with us to come up with a beautiful design and made sure we had a size and shape that fit our backyard. They recommended some features that made it special and we're really happy with the result. The weekly service team is reliable and professional and we will continue to use and recommend Pool Craft.

We had a fantastic experience using Pool Craft to custom build our swimming pool. I would like to personally think Rick, Chris, Jessica, Johnny, Bobby, and all the Pool Craft staff for all their excellent customer service. They are professional and hard-working, and always find great solutions to make our vision come to reality!

Amazing experience. Everyone at pool craft was beyond wonderful to work with, from the initial introduction meeting, to the 3D rendering, right through to the very end. The landscapers (the twins) were truly great to work with and even treated our place better than we do - taking extra care to make sure every stone and every piece of sod was laid just perfectly. It’s amazing what they were able to do with such a small backyard. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

We used Pool Craft to build our pool and backyard landscaping plus we did some stonework/landscaping in the front.
From the very beginning Rick was great to deal with, very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were realistic with their time frames, and took the time to understand our vision. From the initial drawings to the final stage, they expressed a tremendous amount of care. I think that makes a big difference in work quality.
They were very easy to work with and delivered exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier!
They were at my house for almost 2 months and my neighbours would even comment how clean and courteous the workers were.
I would highly recommend Pool Craft. They are true professionals.
