Very nice when my wife went to get a quote for our bathroom and kitchen. My wife and I were excited about that and were told they would get back to us for a quote to do our kitchen. But they are too busy... My wife tried calling back and so did I. My wife called a few times and I called twice and got a gentleman who keeps telling me he'll call me back and never does. I'm writing the review to let people know not to waste their time. They seem to have their clients already. 5 weeks later and no quote for the kitchen and no communication. Maybe they're good, we will never know...
It's a very nice store for renovation products. The owner is very kind and listens to your concerns and answers professionally. The girls who work there are polite and respectful too.

This review is a little late but over past two to three years, they have assisted in renovations of my mother's bathroom and they have assisted us in our own replacement of fixtures, etc. Although there were hiccups along the way through COVID, etc., David, Laura and their staff always worked with us and made things right. Thank you for being business owner's who care and take care of their customers.

Don’t waste your time. Read the reviews. Same thing happened. No response after wasting time picking out everything in their gallery. Go elsewhere ….

Bathroom Gallery redid a bathroom for me that had previously been redone horribly wrong. Everything they did was quality and reflected professionalism. Now I’m doing my 4th client job with them, the first one was 4 years ago and the clients are still happy with the work. Dawid is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator, Laura is always thorough with sourcing product and problem solving.

We are so happy with our bathroom renovation. It’s beautiful. Exactly what we wanted.
We have an older home with many renovation/ construction challenges
David was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
Jerri was a master at his trade. I would highly recommend this company!

From the minute my wife and I walk into the store we had a good feeling, Dave was more then helpful. This was the first store that was willing to do everything from removing the old counter top and sink. When the counter top was installed ( by Cambria which did a great job ). The next morning the plumber came back and put all the drains back together. The whole experience was painless and the dollar value was fair.
I would highly recommend this company

I have been meaning to write this review for a while . This place was the first of a list we stopped at in April and we are so happy we did!! We were looking for an upgrade for our 70s bathroom , which seemed like a scary possibly pricey project . We met Jonathan our sales person in the showroom and he was awesome!! He spent a lot of time with us choosing new vanity, countertop, mirror and medicine cabinet, every detail including new faucet, knobs, measurements etc...so appreciated ! ! The price for really great quality products was substantially less than expected based on some online pricing we had done. The actual installation all done by in house people...not contractors..was done by Jerry ...who is so meticulous and professional !!! Everything including removal of our old tired stuff was seamless and definitely got the impression Jerry is of the old school work ethic and attention to every detail ! ! We had a painter in recently and he also mentioned how well done installation was compared to a lot of what he sees...ie crappy silicon patching etc. We are really happy with our new bathroom and would/have recommended this place to others....Thank you ! !!!
