Such professionalism. The staff here are exceptional and really know their products. It was a quick and easy process for us. I was also pleasantly surprised the brackets for our blinds had a lifetime warranty. The staff really know their stuff and what was supposed to take 2 weeks, took 4 days.

My previous review was 5 stars as I had an excellent experience purchasing Blinds. Now for curtains: as seen in my photos, we paid to have their "designers" come and measure but as you can see, even though they measured, the designer didn't include a tolerance for the hanger hardware and they touch the floor. I had unfortunately allowed too much time to pass before reaching out to see if they would rectify this for me but they want me to dish out another $700 to fix the mistake which I paid their designer to come and measure to avoid. Lesson learned for myself: send them back immediately or get a refund next time I guess.

My husband and I met Tatiana to help us with choosing the appropriate window blinds for our home. She was so helpful in guiding us the entire way. Absolutely recommend having her help you. Erik was also amazing at installing our blinds and curtains. We had some questions and needed some help with something and he was quick to help us. Such a great team to work with. Highly recommend them to everyone!
